Great food that is overpriced. The desserts are small for the cost.

Me me optimistic

I wouldn’t call this southern food. For what I spent I definitely expected more in flavor. The hostess were nice. The service was not great. We asked for water and never got it, my friends order was not right she asked for fried tomatoes and got pickles, had to send her shrimp and grits back that was made incorrectly. The waiter admitted to not writing down what we ordered which was not good obviously. My food was cold and made incorrectly. It took close to an hour to even get it and it was sent to the wrong table at first. This was definitely a first and last, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them. I could’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse and at least got my money’s worth exspecially in flavor. The cocktails were nice and the bartender was as well.

Beautifully decorated spacious restaurant. Our waitress was polite and friendly. Very welcoming. The food was just okay. Not enough seasoning and my taste buds were disappointed ?

We went for dinner on a Monday night and the restaurant was empty. Happy hour is a good deal, food is on special until 5:30 with drinks until 6:00pm.

Beautiful restaurant. Terrible food. Okay service. I ordered Tupelo Honey’s take on a Cobb salad. It’s made with shredded cheddar rather than blue cheese crumbles which they did not carry. It was missing the bacon and the server graciously brought me a ramekin of bacon floating in bacon drippings! After scooping it out and draining it on paper napkins, it was the best part of the salad. The greens were not fresh. They were browning, wilting and even found a few that was just slimy rotten. It came straight out of a bag without any inspection. The hardboiled eggs were overcooked, the added grilled chicken had decent flavor but it too was overcooked and dry. It was just a bad, bad salad. I tried my dining companions biscuit. Yeah, I could skip coarse, salt sprinkled dough. I got a complimentary dessert for my birthday. I selected banana pudding. Worse I ever had. It tasted like school cafeteria instant pudding. Not the kind you make from scratch with milk, eggs, and sugar. It was just a disappointment. Service was so-so. We had to ask for a refill. She must’ve forgot I ordered it with cream. Only THEN was I told of my creamer options. So my first mediocre coffee order was not what I expected (they didn’t even offer cream). A let down. My daughter works in food service and she loves visiting new places. I’m not a foodie by any means but a salad should be easy. My daughter seemed to enjoy her entree of fried chicken thighs, collard greens, red beans and rice. I was not impressed with the sample she shared. I won’t be suggesting a revisit any time soon, but the maple grazed bacon was tasty. Just ask they drain it before serving.

Food is mid. There just isn't much flavor. Too expensive for how bland it is.

The food here is amazing, I wish they would bring back the fried cauliflower because that meal was always great. I've been a few times and everyone seems to love the fried chicken, I cannot get enough of their broccoli which I know sounds odd but they put a flavorful sauce on it. Their biscuits are great and the potato cracklins are nice and crispVegetarian options: They now have a quinoa bowl that is delicious and they have some vegetarian sides and appetizers, be aware though alot of the fried foods are cooked in the same oil as the chicken
