A.M stated 45min is standard wait and insinuated I was trying to get a discount on bar tab because I waited until the bill came out. A.M falsely claimed I was the only table that had complained about the wait. Waitress clearly indicated a table near me also complained and received a free appetizer as I was requesting to speak to the manager. The unwillingness to make minor compensations or take accountability is the reason another dollar will never be spent again at T.P. Waitress was tipped fairly at 20%.”

“I have been to this KPOT location several times. Every time I have had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. Tonight we had an absolutely amazing server. AJ was very kind and provided exceptional service, which was so very appreciated after our 8 hour drive back home from visiting family. Honestly I don't know how KPOT keeps managing to go above and beyond our expectations each time we visit, but we are consistently leaving very pleased. Great job to the KPOT staff for being amazing at what they do 💜”

Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.”

“Originally from Buffalo NY, found it very difficult to find a pizza that even comes close to what I was used to. I've tried many pizzas across the Miami Valley and all I can say is that most were pretty bad, and a few ok but not much more. 2 places were halfway decent but those places went downhill. I finally tried Joe's Pizza last month and have to say, the Absolute Best in Miami Valley. It was the closest to Buffalo Style Pizza I ever had in Southwest Ohio. Told their Staff the same. I will definitely be going back there despite being a little drive from where I live. I would recommend Joe's Pizza to everyone, especially if you're looking for a quality pizza!!”

Love how it all stuck to the food. My waitress (Alisha R) was great. She took time to explain the difference in sauces and constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok. She made my experience amazing, and she deserves a raise! Hands down the best seafood I've had.”

Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the Thai dishes, but they were amazing. The flavors tasted just like authentic Thai food that I've had in Thailand. Everything was prepared perfectly and full of flavor.
Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for both great Thai and Japanese food. We will definitely be coming back again!”

I just wanted to say that these two ladies was doing a fantastic job for you restaurant. The Manager is a white gentleman with blonde hair. Bock excels at creating a space where we gather as family, friends, soccer teams, etc with their large open room, but also there's a game room my kids love, foosball, and shuffle board. And that's not even getting to the food and drinks. My favorite snacks include the German nachos, reuben dip, and pretzels. The drinks are always on point- fresh and delicious. we always love the lemon blueberry with with a slice of lemon and the Negligent IPA. They are staffed by some of the greatest people. A family favorite for sure.”

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.”

The entire restaurant is beautifully decorated and you can truly feel the culture and care that went into creating such a warm atmosphere. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our waitress, Stasha (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong), was absolutely wonderful. She clearly knows her job very well. From the moment she came to our table, she made an instant connection with us and was incredibly kind and attentive. She even took time to talk with the kids, brought them toys, and surprised our son with birthday ice cream, which was such a thoughtful touch. She also knew a lot about the menu and the events they host on certain days and made several recommendations — and she was absolutely right about all of them. The food was incredible: flavorful, authentic, and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried was spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great service, amazing food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend checking them out.”

I'd caught what I think was the flu, though I have not been medically diagnosed. Symptoms itchy throat, low fever that progressed to high fever, body aches and pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches, cough congestion, no appetite, etc. I was just too sick to drive myself to the hospital. I'm going to the urgent care tonight to see where I'm at with this. On Friday my brother was sent to the store to get me some nutrients and medicines. He also came back with a bottle of Premixed Super Tonic; I thank God for this product that you've made Mr. Poole. Because, I feel much better. My fever has dropped, and I'm eating light, and I'm up out the bed, stirring around. My brother wasn't bothered about my flu Symptoms, and his reply , why, was. We started off with an appetizer of spinach queso, it was full of flavor and the chips were light with just the right amount of salt. The grouper special was incredible and paired well with the rice pilaf and broccoli. The crab cakes were perfectly cooked, (she asked them not to cook hard...remember she's 90) and they made it just right, and the baked potato was spot on. My turkey and dressing was good, though the turkey was sliced a bit thick for me but my husband loved it, the dressing was flavorful and not too salty which is a huge plus for me. The homemade Heath Bar and vanilla ice cream were outstanding. It was rich and creaming and tasted soooo good!”

Vegetable fried rice was bad as well, tasted burnt and was definitely off. We will give this place one more try, and if it is like tonight we will not return. Very disappointing!”

My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. I finally tried Joe's Pizza last month and have to say, the Absolute Best in Miami Valley. It was the closest to Buffalo Style Pizza I ever had in Southwest Ohio. Told their Staff the same. I will definitely be going back there despite being a little drive from where I live. I would recommend Joe's Pizza to everyone, especially if you're looking for a quality pizza!!”
