I love the food here at Bibbipbop. It like a Asian Chipotle where you make your own bowl. I love there sweet potato noodles. And the ambiance there is really nice and dayton spirited. I love ordering from there. The staff are very nice. 20/10 would recommend.
I had another review posted but it was pleasantly resolved which is why I have to write this review. This specific location used to be known for its terrible service. I work in an office in moraine and everyone of my colleagues had similar experiences, mostly with service. The workers were all unapproachable and rude and the food has always been good but sub-par. They didn't have all the menu items available. I wanted to get a $10 well-being meal combo, but the app was malfunctioning, and I told them that, but they didn't care. All I wanted was a drink, and they couldn't even give me one, although I had already spent more than $10. One thing they did right was greet me the moment I walked in the door.
