“I was worried I wouldn’t be able to eat anything here and then I found out they have a “shrooms basket” and vegan ranch! They fried it perfectly and the sauces are bomb. Plus Will had amazing customer service. Definitely coming back when I visit again.“
“Upon entry, the host, Danielle, is super sweet and will find you a table/booth that you want. Our server was more than attentive, checking on us several times, but not enough to become bothersome- my one drink had the perfect amount of liquor in it - like it knew I had a bad day, and it was there to make me feel ALL better. Now the food: I LOVE ❤️ that the menu tells you this is salty. Like HEY, this is gonna give you high blood pressure - it's worth it (like the crab bites), BUT they are highly seasoned ( ? ) it's all pretty good, but know this; the sauces are thicker than Cardi B, and the gloves are thin.“
“After we drove West in the morning, we drove around and ended up south of where we live and ate dinner at Blue Crab Juicy Seafood, located behind the Dayton Mall. Even though they were not busy, it took a while to be seated. A customer walked by us as we were waiting for someone to acknowledge us and said, "You are in for a long wait." We were eventually seated. The waitress, we didn't get her name, but she was getting married soon, was very nice. She kept stopping by to make sure everything was okay. You can order already created bags of seafood, or you can create your own. You can pay by 1/2 pound, by pound, or the already created bags are priced differently. We both created our own. We had the same thing, shrimp, snow crab legs (one bunch), potatoes, I had corn on the cob, and Mark did not. I also had a bit more spice with mine. Yes, I did wear my bib and the plastic gloves they gave us so I wouldn't get the old bay seasoning on my wedding rings. Mark did not wear the gloves. We did not like the cheese bread. The cheese was not melted at all. $6 for cheese bread, I didn't eat mine, and Mark only ate half of his. That was disappointing. Also, there was a man walking around, cleaning off tables and doing other things, had his earbuds in, and was talking on the phone the entire time. The atmosphere was nice, and since it is in the old Max and Erma's, there is a bit of it remaining, which I appreciate. We have been to a few of these type of restaurants and we like them.“
“Tracy was our server and she was amazing. She knows a hungry man when she sees one! The burgers were huge and delicious and the white pizza was perfect. Pretzel bites were warm and soft. Drinks hit the spot. If you have enough room, get the peanut butter pie. Omg sooo good!! Thank you Tracy, for making our visit splendid!“
