The workers are the slowest on the planet. They keep getting distracted by other workers and not checking out the people in line. Bowls are lined up and getting cold while I watch the complete disfunction. The manager needs to order more food because they run out everyday as well as hire people who can mentally handle a fast paced job. Worst chipotle I have ever been to

Really a shame. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited… by a long shot.9:20pm on a Tuesday; the location closes at 11:00pm. They are already out of cheese, lettuce, some salsas, and several meats. The two employees I saw clearly did not want to be there. One of them tells me, “If you can see it, we have it. If you can’t, we don’t.”Ingredient buckets in disarray. Trash all over the floor. Bathroom was a mess. I regret not just walking out. Several other reviews I’ve now read here capture my own experience perfectly. Sounds like a definite trend item for this location.Terrible first impression of the Dayton area, but I’ll keep the faith that this doesn’t reflect the pride and work ethic of the rest of the city.

We visited the Englewood, Ohio location to grab an early dinner for my boys. The service was just ok- very hard to understand the mumbling behind the dirty plexiglass guard. The food serving area was extremely dirty- meat & toppings were spilled everywhere, food getting mixed into other toppings, the meat appeared old and dried out. We ordered a honey vinaigrette salad dressing with one of the meals and the container was barely filled up a quarter of the way. As we were walking out, there were not any customers sitting in the restaurant eating but we noticed 3/4 of the tables were still filthy from the last patrons. The drink area had trash lying all around. We should have walked out right when we saw the food prep area because once we got the food home, it was not enjoyable either as it tasted anything but fresh.

This place is trash ? everytime I order a bowl I get so little it’s sad, it’s cold, chips are stale every trip, id rather drive to the other location then to get delivered from here, chipotle on north main, do better.

Unfortunately, they had an issue with online orders, causing quite the line. We waited patiently for our turn to order due to the walk-in customs being the only ones served. Tension arose between a customer that had been waiting and an employee. The way the employee ( Catherine). When be stated that they could make the orders with the walk-in customs, she talked back with such an attitude it resonated with all the others customs and even other employees. Once we ordered our food and watched it just trown together my wife and I decided we will never be back at this location again. Love Chipotle, but unfortunately poor management lead to a disaster of a dinner date for us.

Hassled my daughter for a receipt for a pickup order that I placed on my mobile phone. I sent a screenshot and they still hassled her. She finally grabbed the food and left because I was getting ready to go up and talk to the manager. Especially since when you call in there's no option to talk to a manager and the automated teller just runs you around in circles. Horribly ran business I won't be back.

This store is horrible almost every time I go they’re out of some item. Today it happened to be black beans, no big deal it’s what you expect out of this location. I think what really grinded my gears was looking at my receipt after arriving home and noticing my order was wrote up wrong and I was charged for items I didn’t get… You’re welcome chipotle corporate hopefully that extra $5 you charged me will help you keep the beans in stock.

Mother ordered off app. Arrives waits 30 mins after the time was supposed to be ready. Gets the food and it's ice cold. She asks for it to be remade or refunded. Manager told her they have no control over app and was not doing either that she could leave. Then the manager proceeds to throw away my mother's food and tells her she can pay again for more food. Never in my life have seen such disrespect..

This may be the worst run Chipotle in America. It is easily the worst in the greater Dayton area. They are always out of items on the line, chips are always stale, and their team members have the worst attitudes.I’ve actually walked out more times than I’ve been able to order because of items not being available on the line.Does no good to talk to managers because they simply shrug you off. After today I’ve given up. I’ll drive to the location on Miller Lane, St Rt 40, or Huber before spending another $1 in this establishment.

At 7pm in the evening, they have no fajita veggies, or cheese. They had to shred cheese, employee doing that was just talking and laughing taking he's time. While couple of us waiting on cheese, they can't find any more bowlsand there was 10 people behind me. The food bar had food all over it. This is not my first time it's been like this.maybe they need to have a manager there doing a better job.
The food was definitely good on this day BUT why are yall so stingy with the vinaigrette the ppl pay for I got a teaspoon in the cup and was charged $1.50 each so it wasn't worth it cause they didn't make a half cup smh please do better
