Really a shame. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited… by a long shot.9:20pm on a Tuesday; the location closes at 11:00pm. They are already out of cheese, lettuce, some salsas, and several meats. We visited the Englewood, Ohio location to grab an early dinner for my boys. The service was just ok- very hard to understand the mumbling behind the dirty plexiglass guard. The food serving area was extremely dirty- meat & toppings were spilled everywhere, food getting mixed into other toppings, the meat appeared old and dried out. The workers are the slowest on the planet. They keep getting distracted by other workers and not checking out the people in line. Bowls are lined up and getting cold while I watch the complete disfunction. The manager needs to order more food because they run out everyday as well as hire people who can mentally handle a fast paced job. Worst chipotle I have ever been to
