I went to JJ on Saturday and it was amazing. I never leave reviews, but I just have to. Thank you to the awesome staff for being so friendly and upbeat and making two delicious Totally Tuna sandwiches! I had an ‘Unwhich’ and it was beautifully wrapped and didn’t even fall apart. Unfortunately I am not able to remember your names, but there were two gentlemen and a lady. Thank you again! You are awesome and the best experience I have had at any take out place!

I looked at all the negative reviews for this location. However, my experience was excellent. Upon further review, I couldn't help but notice that most negative reviews involved delivery which makes me think that quite possibly, the problem is not with Jimmy John's or the employees at this location but rather the delivery service used. Maybe the delivery service employee needed to feed themselves and/or their family and took part of these people's order knowing that the blame would fall on the employees of Jimmy John's. IDK, just have my suspicions. I would never trust a third party delivery service. This is why I do not utilize third party delivery services. Just saying.

Ordered my dinner at 6:46pm for delivery. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a pickle, and a chocolate chip cookie. My order did not arrive until 7:53pm!! I have NEVER had it take this long at any location I've ever ordered from and I used to do several different orders at a time to have delivered for my coworkers and I! Of course tonight I only got my sandwiches. I called and asked to speak with a manager. A guy got on the phone and said his name was "Andrew" after a 30 second pause. I said why do I feel like that is not your name since it took so long to answer me?! I told him my order was missing half of it. I wanted them to refund me and deliver my food since it took them over an hour and they messed it up. He said he couldn't do both. I call B.S. But I told him I wanted the entire amount refunded to my card. He apologized and blamed being short staffed. I said you're not the only restaurant complaining about that but you're the only one that's constantly screwing up orders judging by the reviews!If I get the craving for another sandwich I'll just go to Subway or Jersey Mike's.

They used to live up to their slogan of being Freaky Fast, but the last two times i have ordered food here, my food has arrived 45 minutes after placing the order and was delivered to someone else's house. When i asked for a refund and my sandwich delivered, they stated that cant be done and the only thing they can do is offer me some cookies. SMH get your act together when it comes to customer service!!!!!!
