I looked at all the negative reviews for this location. However, my experience was excellent. Upon further review, I couldn't help but notice that most negative reviews involved delivery which makes me think that quite possibly, the problem is not with Jimmy John's or the employees at this location but rather the delivery service used. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a catering order. They were incredibly helpful and even help me set up my order when it was delivered! Will definitely be coming back!!

I go through the drive thru at least 3 time a week. I get the same thing every time. A #7 unwhich without peppers and tomatoes+ a pickle quartered. The crew is extremely slow and yesterday missed my pickle. When I find got my pickle it was sliced in pieces. Plus the staff was rude.
