Worst service ever. They need new bartenders and people who know what customer service is. If you can’t work behind a bar, go work somewhere else. You had good customers and lost a lot of business. It sounds like the bars are in cahoots and don’t have their own leg to stand on. Good luck.
Awesome happy hour 11-7, chill daytime vibe. At night it transforms into a club with killer DJ’s and a huge dance floor!Parking: Right behind the bar, tons of space.

Do not, I repeat, do not go for girls night thinking your cute. You will get robbed or who knows. Very dangerous crowd. Go with a group. The service is good, music is good depending on what you like but I found it to be very dangerous. Went with a friend for her birthday. Almost got kidnapped. I'm sure we would have been robbed who knows. Very rough crowd in my opinion.

Wow! Nothing good about this place. Obnoxious crowd. Entitled bartender had a bad day and refused service before I even said a word to her. Her arms were covered in tattoos. Left there puzzled. No Sale! I don’t expect this place to be around much longer unless they hire some adults to work behind the bar. I didn’t spend a cent there.

Security guard was rude. Very fixated on the size of bags like he was working for a stadium show. Made me leave mine at the door on the floor where everyone else walks past. Soured the entire experience. Go literally anywhere else.
Dayton born and raised. I used to come to this area before I moved 6 years ago. In town for the weekend, decided to stop by and see how it is now.Literally nothing has changed in over 6 years. The Dj is still stuck in the early 2000's. Can't remember the last time I heard Dem Franchise Boyz or Soulja Boy. Place had a high school type of vibe.The staff is extremely rude. Just walking thru shoulder checking anywhere you are. At the bar, on the "dance floor", probably in the bathroom too.Go to Hole in Wall, it's connected, if you are trying to get a drink. Wait in Ned's is long.Wouldn't recommend it if you're from a big city, you will probably be disappointed that you spent the $5 cover.

If I could give a zero I would. Staff members ATTACKED my African American Fiancé a day before our wedding. We are not from Dayton and only went here with our wedding party to get out of the house before our big day. We were not intoxicated and planned on having a few drinks here, but ended up getting assaulted by staff. My Fiancé was accused of going into an "unauthorized" area (even though it was not marked off) and he was asked to leave. My fiancé complied but he was separated from me and the rest of the group and I had his phone, so he wanted to leave out the front so that he could gather EVERYONE up to leave. He explained this to the staff and instead of escorting him out to the front, they threw him on the floor when he refused to go out the back of the bar (racist). I, (the bride, 5'2 F) noticed from across the bar that 4 grown men staff members were starting to get violent with my fiancé and rushed over. I ended up getting punched in the face multiple times for trying to get 4 grown men off of my fiancé because he couldn't breath after all of them decided to pile on top of him. They WERE NOT TRYING TO GET HIM OUT OF THE BAR, but instead decided to violently take turns assaulting my fiancé. Definitely the scariest moment of my life thinking I was going to lose my soon to be husband. This actually happened on Sept 15 2022, but it has taken me this long to gather my thoughts and write this review. This place definitely has bad vibes and like the other comments said, this place is RACIST. It is not uncommon to see members of White Power groups hanging out in the front. Do not waste your money here unless you have the same values of this staff. Since this date we have never been back to the Oregon District and I honestly can't wait until we get orders out of OH. ( I am active duty military) this whole bar experience at Ned Peppers put a bad taste in my mouth about this whole area. DISGUSTING

We waited 20 minutes without being told that we needed a wrist band or pass. The security guard was extremely rude with everyone in how he handled it. He was wearing a cowboy hat.
