Culture is a gem downtown. The wonton nachos are unbeatable great app for the table. The hibachi is my favorite with the ribeye, incredible. My husband always gets meatloaf and it is consistently delicious. We also have a fantastic experience with the individual who works the front when we visit! I have never caught his name but always feel welcome and taken care of when we walk in! This place RULES!!!I’ll definitely be coming back to CULTURE. The food and service is amazing!Chef Dane was absolutely magnanimous. He takes so much pride in his food that he came to see us personally.I had the shrimp hibachi. My friends had the Mac n cheese and the kimchi pastrami sandwich. Let me tell it to you straight—this place is IT! I stopped by for the first time today and had their Trippin' On Shrooms burger and when I say it had SO. MUCH. FLAVOR! The fries were fresh, the pickles were thick cut, and the lions mane was JUICY and THICK! Yeah, this food is most definitely made with love. If you're trying to go vegan, the T.O.S is the way to go. Heck, even if you're not and you try something else, they're gonna get you right. Highly, highly recommend!
