Horrible experience let's just say Nobody in uniform they cooking in the street clothes still had on hoodys. Nobody had net on their head. My Sandwich was very greasy very salty. When I got home took a bite into it. I had to take it back and get a refund. I would never go back there again one time for me blow it. I’ll never return And the guy talked me into buying a two dollar coupon. Buy one sub get the other one free and have the nerve not to want to even give me my coupon so yeah they blew it back at that location anyway on N. Main St. and Dayton, Ohio horrible service, horrible atmosphere

We have ordered from Penn Station on N. Main St. quite a few times recently and have been very pleased. We order online and it has always been made correctly and on time. That's no small feat. We always check our order when we get a carryout from anywhere. Many places have to remake it, because I'm a picky eater and I make many alterations to my sandwiches. Never had a problem here.

I waited for about 10 minutes before leaving because not one employee acknowledged my presence or offered me a greeting. I’m 6’8” tall so you can’t tell me you didn’t see me! I won’t be back.

The Food at this Penn Station location is excellent. The employees don't smile or even seem to want to be there. My concern was that there was an unsupervised child running about the restaurant The environment suffered due to lack of hospitality or camaraderie among the employees. I like the old car-hop option at this location. However, I'm not sure if it is in use anymore.

The store manager named Michaela at the North Main location is terrible and so is her boyfriend/fiancé at the Brown Street location. He is a very weird and rude person. The manager at the north main location named Royetta, who goes by Roy is very disrespectful and rude not only to the employees, but to the customers as well . She has gotten into multiple arguments with customers and even threatened violence even with an employee and got physical. Roy also picked up a sandwich off of the floor. Continue to put the ingredients on it and serve it to a customer. I called corporate and I’m calling the health department as well especially given everything is on camera . most of the people who just start end up quitting a week later and it’s because of her and the way the stores are ran. I even suggested my friend work there at the Brown Street location and he’s already about to quit because he sees how corrupted everything is. DO NOT WORK HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT ESPECIALLY NOT FOR $11 an hour !! Make sure you have another job lined up as back up like I did in case you start working there !! It is very toxic !
