We have ordered from Penn Station on N. Main St. quite a few times recently and have been very pleased. We order online and it has always been made correctly and on time. That's no small feat. We always check our order when we get a carryout from anywhere. Many places have to remake it, because I'm a picky eater and I make many alterations to my sandwiches. Never had a problem here.
The Food at this Penn Station location is excellent. The employees don't smile or even seem to want to be there. My concern was that there was an unsupervised child running about the restaurant The environment suffered due to lack of hospitality or camaraderie among the employees. I like the old car-hop option at this location. However, I'm not sure if it is in use anymore.

When people take your order they need to pay attention to what is being said . I also asked for the old fries to be removed and yet they still put old hard fries in with the fresh cooked one I bit into a rock like fry.
