“If you’re anywhere near Defiance, do yourself a favor and stop at 7 Brew! Every single time I visit, the staff is absolutely amazing, but I have to give a special shoutout to Tai! She was so welcoming, kind, bubbly, and full of positive energy. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that kind of customer service makes all the difference.

The entire crew is always incredible, and the drinks never disappoint. I’m not from Defiance, so I only get to stop by occasionally, but it’s become a mandatory pit stop every time I’m in town. My Cookie Butter coffee is always perfection, and it’s the best way to make my drive home so much more enjoyable.

We always have a great experience whenever we visit, and my kids are always asking to go back. There are so many delicious homemade flavors to choose from, but the monster cookie is a must try.

We were looking for a place to have lunch and I had seen on the Valentine Theater site that Ensign’s was where Maag’s used to be and they had a lot of the same menu. Went there years ago, before 1980, and was pleasantly surprised with the lunch. Had the roast beef, knockers, chips & draft beer. Everything was great and the prices are very reasonable. We all had a good time and my friends were happy that I suggested going here. Keep up the good work!”

“One of the most interesting restaurants I've been in. The panting/murals on the walls look as though you are going into a laser tag arena with beautiful paintings and fluorescent colors. Even the bathrooms have beautiful tile and murals with pictures. Quite impressive!. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is great. Even the tables are beautiful polyurethane Arty and creative. A hidden gem!”

“This place is great although I wished they could stay open instead of closing around 2:30 the food is exactly what I needed for $10 for an entire dish that's heavy it's nice, the plates aka the foam plates unfortunately melt if I specially order unfortunately so I need to use two foam trays that would be nice if they could upgrade or make them durable”

Parking: 8 Gas pumps to park and fuel up and than maybe 15 total spaces for just convenient parking.”
