I work at another store in the mall and decided to go to Auntie Anne's to eat. The kid behind the counter was very rude if I witnessed anyone at my store treat a customer the way he did I would have sent him home. Audible huffs and puffs because no one knew how to take a upside payment. Because no one knew how to take a payment through upside I had to go through Google pay which at this point the cashier was being so rude and disrespectful I just said screw it and went to Wendy's instead where I was treated with respect and taken care of without attitude. My advice teach the kid customer service skills or keep him off the register.

Im pregnant and was having an INTENSE craving for the pretzel and cheese. I ordered 2 salted pretzels and 2 pretzels bites with 6 cheese sauces…..YES I LOVE CHEESE! They sent 1 drink, 1 pretzel dog, 1 unsalted dry pretzel and NO CHEESE!!!! I’m beyond upset and am literally crying over this… I know it’s the hormones but why screw it up soo badly and make me wait for this order when they could just canceled the order!!!!! And if they really wanted to screw up my order they could’ve tossed in at least 1cheese sauce !!! Just one would’ve been enough for me to at least enjoy that nasty unsalted pretzel……and then these people have the audacity to complain that don’t get paid enough!!! It’s because of dumb employees like this you ruin it for everyone!!!!

I got a lemonade from this store and there was a bug in the ice. I only found 1 but I'm concerned if there was more but they melted in the drink. I told the workers about it and they didn't care they just shrugged it off and then laughed about the situation. Yes I know they have to deal with customers that complain just to complain but this one was a serious situation that they should tell their manager.

Let’s start with the fact that none of the sauces were warmed. Never have I ever ordered pretzels wth cold dipping sauces. I’m never going back they can keep that. Worst $6 I ever spent.

I thought a sloth was slow. These people make a sloth look like a rabbit. They are ridiculously slow. They said 8 minutes that means 28 minutes. I think they were prepping the dough to make the orders as they were made. While I love fresh carbs, move a little faster and with some ambition. Geeeesh

We stop for a pretzel today, there was an African American boy who had the worst attitude.If you can look at the camera it was at 4 15 he was just laughing with another kid on his left. No professionalism at all, I understand that they are kids and is hard for them to act like a real men, but if they are representing your company they should at least try.
