The staff is not nice! It's their way or the highway, they don't listen and are snarky. Too bad the bagels are the best in Columbus

Who knew bagels made for such great sandwiches?! So good! Recently bought deli and cookie trays for a non-profit lunch event and everyone raved about how good the food was! Great service too!

Consistent! The bagels always taste super fresh. I love how many choices they have for toppings. Their breakfast usually my favorite but they also make a nice lunch bagel. Good coffee but not crazy about the iced tea!

I placed a pick up order on Door Dash. They ignored me and then when I told the woman working my name she handed me my order. She asked me in an extremely rude manner to "confirm" on my phone and acted like she wanted me to show her my phone. DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS OR EXPECT ME TO SHOW YOU MY PHONE. I can't believe the level of disrespect. Do you ask Door Dash drivers to show you their personal phones? I was planning on tipping ten bucks. I won't be back and neither will anyone else I know.

Lady was rude and thought I'd reach across the counter to grab my food when I was just on my phone. Feels a little racist to me

Firstly, the food is great. However orering at Barry Bagels is excruciating. You cannot checkout as guest so you have to make an account, then verify your account, then manually type in your credit card like it's 2004 (no Apple Pay, no Google Pay). I highly considered not ordering because of how painful the ordering process was so painful and time consuming

I love the bagels here but the service is awful. They are cranky, abrupt, rude, poor listeners and impatient. They come across as though you're inconveniencing it. When I asked her to cut my sandwiches in half, you'd think that I asked for some major thing but the way she rolled her eyes and reluctantly cut them.I watched one employee, after dropping cream cheese on the counter, smash one half of the bagel onto the counter and then smash the two halves together with the cream cheese from the counter. With a smile. When I asked to give her my # for points, she said no, that she was too busy. I had this same experience another time. Aren't I the customer, spending my money here as opposed to another place?

Pros: The bagels here are very solid. Nice crusty exterior and chewy inside. Pretty close to a traditional NY style bagel. The "everything" bagel is a standout. Bagels were toasted nicely and served warm. Cons: Did not enjoy the cream cheese at all. Had weird consistency and flavor was not good. Music was incredibly loud at 10 am. Understaffed and seems like it needs some management. Egg and cheese is microwaved for bagel sandwich.

Ordered online, took forever because you weren’t allowed to order your food as a guest, I had to go through the whole process of giving them all of my information, generating a password, and giving them my credit card info so they could keep it on record for “my” future use! When I arrive to pick up my order I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while the employees flirted with the only other customer in the store! Someone finally came out of the back room and ask me what I wanted, I said my number that I got from my online order and she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I repeated telling her my number and that I ordered on line, finally she said it’s down there, I said down where, she repeated herself so I assumed that I should move down the line to find my order! The main problem was that most of the employees didn’t speak English very well and didn’t concern themselves with helping me! I will say that it was my first time there so their attitude didn’t help my experience! But something positive did come out of this experience, now I realize how great Panera compares to this place, and it’s more expensive than Paneras. Will not return to Berry Bagels!!!

The bagels are delicious and made fresh every day! Sometimes it's so low service during rush hours but it's worth the wait. Double check their hours because they can change due to staffing shortages.

Awful service from the staff here, it's such a shame as the bagels are actually really nice.Being from London, this place is up there with the famous Beigel Bake in Brick Lane in terms of taste, however it's the service that let's it down. The woman making the Bagel kept rolling her eyes everytime you asked for a filling in your bagel. When we asked for egg in the Bagel, she gave us such a dealthy stare, almost as if she was going to have to lay the eggs herself.I'm.sure she overcharged us too, $25 for 2 bagels.

Tried to stop to get bagels for a work function and they weren't open, 10 min after 7, their stated opening. Staff inside, line of customers at the door and waiting in cars, bagels in bins. Had to leave and go to Tim Hortons (ick) to make it in on time. Third time this has happened and two of the other customers commented the same. Clearly they are not interested in the business. Already odd that a restaurant with breakfast options isn't open until 7. ...
