There was an employee who rubbed his goatees in the kitchen(he was about 5'4 ft, bald head and with a black long goatee.), it was gross. I placed my order as I watched to be sure he never touched my order. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the menu! The food was OK, but after I stated my concerns the employees were very respectful, and wanted me to be satisfied. I felt the wings could've cooked a little longer as well as the meatballs. I ordered a personal works pizza which wasn't put together well and didn't taste as a product from "Donatos!" It looked like a pizza they didn't get to sell and sold it to me. I purchased a cinnamon twist and there could've been more icing, slightly dry(I asked for a little more icing well paying)!My granddaughter enjoyed her big Don.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Yes staff who interacted with my grandchildren were helpful and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: The store included wheelchair customers in mind while designing this location. From the parking to the sidewalk, the layout of the store, and the restrooms are all-inclusive for all people!

I grew up on Donatos so I've always been a fan. Unfortunately, today I arrived at the pick-up window at the time identified only to find them looking for my pizza. They asked me to come back in 15 or 20 minutes because my pizza had not been made.

Donatos online orders and phones are a disaster placed order twice received an order was placed and then cancelled. Tried to order online and website said having difficulties. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Also almost need an interpreter to place the phone order as most speak broken english. Lady at the pizza place gave me a pizza in efforts to make it write, I feel bad for thew employees at this location with terrible backing from corporate. Suggestion go back to letting each location having their own phone! By product of fixing what isn't broken.

Ordered $80 worth of pizza . Online said it would be ready at 6pm. Showed up at 6pm. Not ready. I don't understand. If they are too busy or are understaffed, then delay the pick up. That's not too hard. I finally left with my food at 6:35Here is the process. I tell the cashier my order number. He then writes it on a scrap of paper. He then goes in back and searches EVERYWHERE for my order. Checking the same place at least twice . Very inefficient. I'd be happy to optimize their process, but based on the price of the pizza , they likely have someone to do that for them. Avoid the place

Not sure what those old reviews are saying but ordered a thin crust and hand tossed both with chicken and green peppers and they are amazing. Great taste, baked perfectly and just tasted amazing

My order included order of 12 wings. When i opened the box, i found wings to be useless. These are not even full quantity. These are very tiny wings, some pieces are just flour.
