Definitely has gone downhill since I was last here a few years ago. Staff and service is great as always. Quality of food is mediocre and the interior has not been kept up with. Looks old and falling apart on the inside.
Byron was our chef for the evening, and he was charming, fun, and an excellent chef. The food was amazing, the service was really good, and we enjoyed the experience. It's loud, but that was expected.

Our cook was entertaining and the food was delicious, especially the scallops.An interesting side piece was what our cook called Japanese "butter". It was egg yolks and other seasonings mixed together that was fried up on the hibachi grill; it was savory and creamy, perfect to eat with steamed rice.
