I’ve ordered from this location since they opened. We purchased a white chocolate raspberry small bunt and it was noticeably smaller than the last few cakes. Ordered the chocolate peppermint and I could see there was a visible difference in size in the case . We were given the smaller of the two available cakes . It was even smaller than the previous cake. I would have been better off buying 5 individual bunts , at least everyone could have had a decent sized dessert.

Pros: Good location with lots of options Delicious cakes and many options Cons: Less than helpful, even rude service Older lady at counter exclaimed "wow, it went through" when my card cleared for payment ??!! No forks or spoons to be had if you want to eat the cake. Pro tip: Maybe a different location will have better customer service or at least be minimally friendly. I would give a higher rating, but the employees are just so unkind. If you are in a customer-facing role, you should try a little harder.

I made a quick visit to this store on Saturday October 28, 2023. This was my first experience and it was wonderful! I went in for the birthday Bundt email and the very kind lady greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to help! She made the experience, I wish I would have gotten her name so I could recognize her for the customer service she provided. I want her to thank her for wishing me a happy birthday and for being great at her job. Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes for the incredible experience!!

The cakes are usually great, but the hours at this location aren’t helpful. It’s hard to get here during the week when working a full time. Be nice if during the week the hours were shifted to be open until 7-8pm.

I stopped by today. I did not enjoy my visit. I felt very rushed. I usually go to the Westerville location but I was in this area today. I won't be going to this Dublin location again. These cakes are pricey. And, they taste great! But, I want to enjoy my visit. I didn't. Do better!

Let me first say I was never a big fan of Bundt cakes but this place changed my opinion 100% !! My sister first introduced me to these marvelous cakes that come in many flavors and sizes to fit just about everyone's special occasion or just desire for the most moist decadent cake I've ever tried!! The icing on them is very balanced and not overly sweet or overwhelming in amount!!! But you can even have them made with more icing if that's your favorite thing!! For an extra amount you can have them decorated just about anyway you choose!! The service was excellent and y the boxes they put them into are really nice but getting back to the cakes unless you just don't like sweets or cakes these are a must try !!! They are alittle pricey but well worth the money !!

I was in the neighborhood and finally stopped in for my first visit to a Nothing Bundt Cake. I have to say, having visited a few bakeries last year in Columbus to taste wedding cakes, I was impressed with NBC. The cakes were very moist and flavorful. I purchased the smallest Bundt cakes in lemon, carrot and chocolate choc chip. They had different icing flavors and each was delicious. It was a bit sweet, but you can just not eat all of the icing. But nice little cakes! Friendly service.I’ll order a larger cake(s) for a spry occasion.
