The type of customer service I received from your MANAGER PRESTON was absolutely disturbing and disgraceful what an embarrassment that I’ve been going to your location as a top rewards member. To be someone representing a company like Panera bread your MANAGER PRESTON needs to learn some customer service!! He was extremely RUDE to me and unhelpful by putting me down and talking back to a customer when I was being extremely polite with him. What an embarrassment poor customer service and horrible attitude!! Makes me never want to go back !!!**I AM RED FLAGGING THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION**Don’t bother spending your money where it’s not appreciated and the hospitality is incredibly low somewhere your looked at like an idiot for even going into this place! I would rather drive an hour then ever spend my money hear. He had the worst attitude I think I’ve ever experienced and I can’t believe a chain like Panera bread would consider him a manager! Please teach PRESTON a little bit about customer service before you loose all your business, coming from someone in the restaurant industry I would never in a million years talk to someone the way he did to me. By the looks of the reviews from this store you guys need tighten up and really think about who you have representing the company. Place is usually really good service. Come here once a week atleast and they where out of baguettes for the soup which I ordered 2 of which is fine but I asked if I could sub a different bread even sandwich bread some one out of view of person I was talking to rudely said no so then asked if I could purchase bread and told to go to cashier. When did this was told no bread could by a whole loaf asked if could just buy 2 slices they make sandwiches and told no. Not even a attempt to help. I'm offering to pay think would just give a customer 2 slices of bread to make customer happy specially since there the ones out of bread. Just feel a place called Panera BREAD wouldn't be such a Hassel to get some bread. Think they lost a customer today over the stupidest little issue. Just rude people at that.

I love the soup, sandwiches & and pastries, unfortunately, since Panera started the sip club, my experience has been bad.I have 2 accounts as I didn't want to return for refills. When I signed both in & requested 2 cups from the counter, I always get terrible service & very rude expression from the service staff.This sip club seems to aggregate the staff, perhaps it's extra work for them. I experienced terrible service in sip drinks, not from one but a few Panera stores. It's disappointing & I shouldn't have encouraged my friends to join it.Today's experience was the worst. The door to Panera was locked at 8am on Friday. It shows the hours as 6am to 2pm. The staff went in n out from the other entrance.

I came earlier today, I had placed an online order pick and which included a box of the 4 choc chipper cookies they didn’t have them all. But they were super nice on. Assessing the situation they offered me any other two pastries. I ended up subbing for a drink but the guy who helped me was super nice! Made my day. The food was really good too. This is a good servicing panera :)

It seems Panera keeps raising prices and shrinking portions. $15-20 for a steak sandwich with a sliver of steak all bread and chicken noodle soup that is all broth, not even noodles.
