Store needs to be prepared for dinner rush. I waited 20 minutes for a door dash order. Which means the customer waits.This specific location should also hire more workers to keep up with patron orders.
Not sure what all the complaints are but this location is exactly how all little Caesars have been the whole time I've been around. Busy, yes. Understaffed, probably. But was my food hot and ready, yes! I pre-ordered with the app since I was ordering supreme pizzas and crazy bread and they emailed me when my order was ready and it was in fact ready and waiting for me. The food is usually decent, but this last time, we ordered a regular crust pepperoni pizza online, and when we went to eat it, the pizza crust was thin, doughy, greasy and undercooked, so it fell apart when picking up a slice. The pepperoni was very, very crispy, but we didn't mind that as much. Overall, the pizza was basically inedible.
