I'm not even joking when I say that this was the best stuffed crust pizza I've ever had in my life. Everything I get from this location is always outstanding.
The food is usually decent, but this last time, we ordered a regular crust pepperoni pizza online, and when we went to eat it, the pizza crust was thin, doughy, greasy and undercooked, so it fell apart when picking up a slice. The pepperoni was very, very crispy, but we didn't mind that as much. Overall, the pizza was basically inedible.

Went into the store to place an order. Took the lady 5 minutes just to walk to the front to acknowledge me. Finally she asked what I wanted to order. I asked if I could get a pretzel crust pizza. She told me yeah but only online. I stood there dumbfounded because if I can order online why not in store. Took total of half hour to get my food. Very rude people. Will never return again. Laziness their

it's been a year since I ate here. we bought 2 pizzas that were raw in the center and made me sick! I returned them and asked for a refund. I was told only a manager could refund the money and that I had to leave a number. called all week for no one to answer. I call now hoping theres different workers. online service is not working. worker answers and just says hello. I asked if I called little ceasers? as I'm telling him the order he continues saying "is that it?" "is that it?" after every sentence! when I'm done and I say "okay I think that's it." he says "25 minutes" and hangs up! I will continue driving to Mentor on the Lake before I'll come back to this location and I'm within walking distance!

Walked in to pick up a hot and ready and stood there 15 or so , and then finally got the of a young girl in the back sitting on the counter in line of site of me talking on her phone to a homegirl she said i asked for a pizza , she said that if I can wait 20 she'll make one , she been busy.Never again ! I'll drive to Painesville first
