“Wow! This was an all around great experience. My almond milk latte was nicely foamed. The 1/2 amount of vanilla flavor was perfect. Our sausage, egg bagel was made to order- even including my request for vegan cheese on it. It was hot and tasty. My husband’s dark roast coffee was made fresh for him and is hot and powerful. The employees were hustling and working together. They all deserve a pat on the back!! Great job everyone.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free“
“If I wasn't a firm believer in "there's always room for improvement" this establishment would get 5 stars from me! The laundromat is 2nd in being the worst place to spend a beautiful June afternoon with your beautiful bride to be, however, this experience was nothing of the sort! It was pleasant, the atmosphere was, well, a laundromat but as welcoming as one can be. Then I took a walk around to check the place out I come upon 3 of the biggest 8 LOAD washing machines made and couldn't believe my eyes! 8 loads! Then as I venture on to find a change machine, because it's a coin laundry, the only kind I'll use when I absolutely have to use these places, I come upon a freaking bar/eatery/corner store type room that has a few or four stools pulled up to a neat little corner bar area that offers a few types of bottled beers, a decent menu of quick and easy American favorites, lottery, fountain pop, popcorn in the old style popcorn maker, all of the laundry detergents and softeners,, baskets, anything one may need for a fresh smelling loaf of laundry when complete! The owner, Laura, or Laura The Laundry Lady as she so jovially introduced herself, is behind the counter with a smile and a quick-witted, but friendly conversation. We talked at length with Laura during our visit and I was very impressed with her efficient way of being welcoming and business-like to everyone that needed her attention and took care of her business with efficiency without being pulled in too many directions at too many times. She handled everything with ease and kept a smile during the entire time I was there. Needless to say, it was a pleasure to spend this beautiful afternoon at Laura The Laundry Lady's Quick and E-Z Coin Laundry and Cafe. I have not one complaint and will return ONLY to this laundromat when I need more than my one compact washer and dryer. Great job!!“

Where else can you buy scratch off lottery tickets and do laundry while eating a meal? Nowhere except here!“

“Staff at this Dunkin is always very friendly and service is fast. This location has never let me down aside from the occasional bitter or bad coffee. This may just be due to time of day volume. Maybe the pots need to be changed more frequently. But this is my favorite Dunkin for service and staff of any I have frequented.“
“I had a really terrible experience with the Sheffield McDonald’s on Detroit Road half hour before I came to this McDonald’s I was greeted as soon as I came to the door by the lady working behind the counter, she made sure all of our food was fresh wanted to make sure we got everything that we ordered including ketchup. I’ve had terrible experiences here in the past, but I’ve noticed a good improvement over the last five years so I’m taking away my original one star review and it’s now getting a five star review because of the good management skills and skills that the workers show because they show that they actually care whether it’s a mcjob or a real job, they’re still there to do a job and that’s what we need The only thing that I can say that needs to improve Is the cleanliness of the floor and the dining room the counters are a little sticky, but other than that the atmosphere was great, and the custom service was friendly maybe the Sheffield McDonald’s on Detroit should start taking note of how to treat your employees and act around a customer because it was a night and day difference“
“We had a Community Event where I work for 120 Breakfast Sandwiches @7:00am yesterday that was absolutely perfect. A big shout out to Lilly & everyone that made our breakfast a success Cayden, Payton, Morgan, & Chuck. Everything was ready to go when we got there to pick it up & the food was delicious. They also made sure we had napkins & small bags for people that wanted to carry breakfast out. See you guys for our next "Breakfast on the Go" event!“
“Went there to get our meals for grand kids and wife while there a traveler from out of country came in and was explaining they used the app to order food but at the wrong McD's a manager over heard and said they could fix easily then he took the order off there phone and told them how to get there money refunded also compt ther order so they didnt have to pay what a great gesture when so many places would of shrugged and said not my problem makes me glad I moved to Elyria and will continue to support this McD's again great staff good food and service“
“It is McD's, what can yiu say about the food? Ok, yes we all know some you go to always have cold slimy nasty food, but not this one.The fries are always hot, the burgers are on point (for a McD's) and they do not come out a sloppy mess when asking for extra sauce.The real tell if a good fast food joint is the service. I have yet to have something missing from my order. My special requests are always correct (get Mac sauce on the McDouble it's a game changer). And the people are almost always very chipper sounding and pleasant. For a fast food joint you can not ask for much more you know what it is and what you are getting.They are my closest location, but I feel like they are the best location in town, so for me a win! And yes, if a better mcd's was on the other side of town I totally would drive to it for better service and hot fries!! LOL“
“Cute location in downtown elyria, decent amount of off the street parking, baristas were great. I had a maple latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese..the bagel was sooo soft and fresh I could've eaten 6! Latte was good too. I wish they had more sugar free options, the chairs to the tables were a bit low/small compared to the table so it felt like being a kid at an adults table ? but overall a good experience and we'll be back!“
