Ordered a cubano which is traditionally served hot (as is many items on their menu). Recieved a cold cut. Asked for it to be heated since there was bacon. Manager tried to nickle and dime me on sides when I just asked for my money back then she avoided me and made the kids do it. Very unhappy with the result.
Placed a order scheduled for 11 and get a call AFTER they took the money saying they don't have a driver and now I have to wait for my money to come back because of the mistakes they

February 9th, 2024 @340 pm had a very bad issue with male employee and the way I was treated and talked to. After waiting for car in front of me at drive thru, was told they were only taking orders inside. I asked why, in which I was mocked. Asked his name and replied Jimmy John and told me to leave.
