Why do you advertise on doordash but you guys literally cancel every order i put in?

February 9th, 2024 @340 pm had a very bad issue with male employee and the way I was treated and talked to. After waiting for car in front of me at drive thru, was told they were only taking orders inside. I asked why, in which I was mocked. Asked his name and replied Jimmy John and told me to leave. I came in the store and proceeded to ask his name in which he called the cops and continued to mock me. I truly hope this man isn't in charge of this store. Will go to the highest level.

It takes 2 hrs to deliver 1 sandwich 2 miles and then when I actually wanted to cancel my order they never answer the phone. DO NOT OFFER DELIVERY IF YOU CANT DO IT!!!!

Ordered a cubano which is traditionally served hot (as is many items on their menu). Recieved a cold cut. Asked for it to be heated since there was bacon. Manager tried to nickle and dime me on sides when I just asked for my money back then she avoided me and made the kids do it. Very unhappy with the result.

Placed a order scheduled for 11 and get a call AFTER they took the money saying they don't have a driver and now I have to wait for my money to come back because of the mistakes they

For the second time this store has canceled my door dash order and not given a refund. The first time, I had to call the store after seeing my order was canceled and after demanding to have my refund, it processed through door dash immediately. Second time, the payment fully cleared and I had to contact door dash to have this reversed. Each incident the orders were placed around 8:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, so I suspect the workers here didn’t want to make and deliver the food because it was close to closing time. Well, message received. I won’t be ordering here anymore and I hope this place goes out of business turning paying customers away.

I come here often and I always have great service! The manager named Noah is super polite and helpful! He makes the experience so good! I always feel valued and heard here! The food is fast and delicious and the restaurant is also very clean! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

This place is the cleanest restaurant I have been to in the past year. The service is great as always and the food was made extremely fast. I love the rolls, I ordered a sub. I have had better subs before, but I had no complaints about the food.
This location is either closed or they don't have a driver everytime I try to order from here there is always some issue. Poorly managed imo.

I am 100% satisfied with this location!! There is a woman who works there during the day (I don’t know her name) but she is AMAZING! Everyday I order through the app (which I highly recommend!) and when I come to pick up my food she greats me with such happiness and genuine excitement! I absolutely LOVE getting my lunch from here every single day! She makes me feel so welcome and more than just a customer! So whoever she is…she doesn’t even know that she makes a difference everyday in my life- breaking away to get my lunch is really nice to see a smiling face! Thank u for all that you do! You rock as a person!!! Oh and the food is always ON POINT! Thank u guys!!

Restaurant was clean, nice on the inside. I guess I didn't know much about Jimmy John's before going. Only white bread, no chicken, drink and otherwise choices are limited. All sandwiches are cold. The plus is it doesn't smell like s*bw*y with the bread smell.
