Service is okay depending on what day and time you go. Definitely don’t go in the morning cuz they have no customer service whatsoever and are super rude. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru just waiting on a frappe, ended up walking inside and it was sitting out on the counter, and the girl working the counter looked at me like I was stupid and had an attitude when I asked about it. One on colonel Glenn is much better

Went through the drive thru, and was pulled to the side, waiting patiently for my order for 20 minutes before I went inside. Had to stop a worker to ask about my order, turns out they never prepared it, and had to wait in total about 30 minutes, including going inside.

Usually we find this location to be one of the better McDonald's but this morning is way off. Pulled us forward to wait. Delivered someone else's food to our car 2x and didn't bother to confirm our order number either time even though we stuck our food order to the mirror..29 minutes and waiting. Multiple cars pulled forward. Terribly disorganized today 1/6/24 10:00am. Finally got our food after my husband went in. The food was freshly made and hot, so we will return. The workers were apologetic and obviously short staffed.
