Love the pizza but hate trying to order. Phone message, website and store do not post consistent hours. Ordered before 8p with estimated delivery 8:35. Its 9:35 and nothing. Can’t call them or leave a message on their phone. This has happened multiple times now.
As much as I like their pizza, I’m don’t trying to order from here. Hoping to get my money back.
Just tried to pick up a pizza from Marcos Pizza in Fairfield and had a horrible experience. The lady who took our order over the phone let us know they closed at 9:30pm this evening- I was there at 9:12pm to see that my pizza was ready and sitting in the window. The open light was off and the door was locked. The young lady who was facing the window when I pulled up to get my pizza turned around and had her back to the door and would not look up to even acknowledge I was there....even...read full review
