Food was good quality, I've had better Pho but there was nothing wrong with the order. Restaurant charges an extra 3% on the bill when you use a credit card. I understand this is probably to offset how credit cards have been gouging on fees, but it would have been nice to know this before we set our sights on dining here.

It's hard to beat slurping on a warm bowl of pho in the cold winter weather. It warms you up from the inside plus the flavors in the broth from the bone and spices really brings together that little taste of heaven.We stopped by here after a quick Jungle Jim's run. Been meaning to try them out but they were closed for a long time. They explained that it was due to management changes before they re-opened.It's very spacious, modern and clean inside. Our server was very attentive and friendly. She checked on us without being intrusive. The menu is quite straight-forward as other pho joints. We got the seafood spring rolls for appetizer which I thought were very tasty! The pho itself was a good portion, came with the standard servings of basil, cilantro, sprouts, jalapeno and a squeeze of lime. I got the sliced steak with meatballs, while he got sliced steak with tendon -- he meant to order something else so he didn't get to enjoy it completely due to user error. One thing that was very noticeable to me was that both bowls of pho were just lukewarm which usually isn't the norm. Usually it's quite piping hot so it would cook the raw meat appropriately. Nonetheless, the broth was very good and savory. It's not as strong as my tongue is used to but it was still enjoyable and it tasted fresh. It filled us up and warmed us up on a cold winter afternoon. Definitely will hit the spot when you're feeling for some pho.

Pretty good overall, but service was a bit slow (understandable since it was the day before Thanksgiving). The grilled pork banh mi was good but a little sparse on the meat. The bean sprouts in both dishes they were in could have been fresher. The crispy spring rolls were surprising with the filling but still very good. Would return.
