I ordered through the app and entered the correct address for the Holiday Inn I was in. Within an acceptable amount of time I received a phone call from the delivery driver asking me what room number I was in and that he would be right up. My food had not come and I called him back ten minutes later and he said he had delivered it to the room. Then he confirmed the address of the hotel but said it was not a Holiday Inn. We ordered a pizza at 5:54 pm. It was an online order. The delivery time was scheduled for 30 to 40 minutes out. We should have had our pizza by 6:30. At 6:50 I called to ask why our pizza had not been delivered, as it was still showing in the making process when I looked at the tracker. Waited 40 minutes for a dinner box when quoted 15 mins. When it was actually done the credit card machine was down. They wanted me to leave my card there until it processed. At that point I should’ve gotten my food for free. There were three people working and I was the only one in there. Never going back to this Pizza Hut again. Never got my pizza. Ended up getting City BBQ which was amazing!
