My girlfriend and I went to try this FOR THE FIRST TIME and we went inside and the employees all three of them ignored us and did not take our order and we were standing in there for 15 minutes. They just kept taking other orders from the drive through. Extremely unprofessional. We just walked out after 15 minutes of being ignored. Will never try to go to a Smoothie king again. I’ll just stick with tropical smoothie where I’ve been actually acknowledged every time.

We live in a time where Customer service isn't the priority anymore I feel like companies are just filling positions with anyone. I have been to this location 3 times and every time I get the same employee by the name of Theresa. She is very rude..When ordering through the drive thru she will make you feel rushed to order. And don't have a question she sounds as if you are bothering her. This is the 2nd time she has gotten my order completely wrong. I was over charged for a smoothie that I never ordered. And the smoothie bowl I ordered was just WRONG. I asked for NO blue berries and coco drizzled on the top. I was charged for the coco(.99) of course but It wasn't added. And my bowl had blue berries. Such a disappointment. Then I watched her get an attitude with the other employee who was just trying to help her correct her mistake. She has a very nasty attitude and if she would just slow down and listen to what people are saying instead of rushing them through their order maybe she would get things right.

We love smoothie king smoothies! Always freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Joann is the best! Always smiling and friendly ? Keep up the good work ! I highly recommend the immune booster green smoothie!!

My Smoothie wasn't quite as tasty as I had hoped. It was a little light on the mixed berry flavor. However, the little girl I gave a buck to was a delight so it all evened out.

As a 9/11 survivor it's always nice to get good service. I got the banana boat Haha! Such a funny name! But yeah I feel like 4 stars is good! could have been 5 but it was a twinge dirty.

Idk whats going on, but the last few times I've been here have been terrible. I make my orders online and my orders are never ready on time. I have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes. One time NO ONE even acknowledged that I was there to see if I've been helped. I stood there for a good 15 minutes before I had to say something to someone. There were at least 5 employees and they all saw me, but no one cared to help me

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and both times were bad experiences. The 1st time I ordered 2 smoothies and pulled to the window waited for about 10 min behind a car, then pulled up to the window paid my money waited some more only to be told to pull around to still be waiting and they will bring it out. I refused and they found the smoothies sitting off to the side somewhere. Today, I ordered a pineapple recharge and it's as watery as if I was drinking pineapple juice. I can not with this location. I work out this way and when I go my break I want a smoothie that I love. But I see I will have to switch something up. Because I can't do this with these kids everyday!!!

I hope they find new employees! I have gone here for years and I know not to expect fast service. However this week I have gone here twice. The first time they couldn't remember our order (2 things). They had to come out at least 6 times to ask our order. We wait for close to a half hour. The second time we waited for a half an hour there were a lot of people ahead of us waiting also. At least 5 people went back in for refunds because they had waited so long for their orders. I went in after waiting a half hour to see if my order was about done. One worker was busy refunding everyone's money and the other girl was just standing around. When I asked if my order was about done , the one standing around said "It could be. I can get it started" Like what was she doing in there the whole time!!!!! I'm done going here
