Normally i dont usually have a problem but today my fiance ordered a pumpkin spice chai tea latte and when he brought it home to me, it turned out to just be coffee with creamer and chai flavor. No pumpkin at all, this isnt even a latte. Im very upset about this especially with it being the only starbucks in town
The baristas are very nice people, a pleasure to order from. I handed the lady my gold rewards card and she tried to use it as a payment method and all of the baristas acted like they had never seen one which is very strange (I explained what it was to them and they said I had to use a receipt to get my rewards later because they couldn’t scan it). The place was a bit crowded. No room for the lines. There were a total of 7 people and in line. Just not alot of room for people to wait for their drinks. While they handed out the drinks it was also very disorganized. They took some people's names but not all.
