Came in Kroger for a quick coffee while waiting on a family member at Atrium. Three people behind counter talking and gossiping amongst each other. The girl taking my order didn’t smile nor look directly at me, which isn’t a big deal but not good for first impressions. They were more concerned about talking than making drinks, not busy and took 30 minutes to get my drink. Ordered a venti, got a grande…. Asked for no whip… whip was on it. So not only didn’t she look at me she didn’t listen either. Very irritating and will not return. Should have driven the extra 5miles to go to springboro.

Very ghetto . Laugh giggled had they finger on top of inside the cup ! On phone ! Waited a good 15 mins mean while other ppl are getting their drinks !

Went at 7pm an hour before closing and was told by the employee still standing up there that they had closed. Yeah not coming here again! Doesn’t surprise me since this is not the first review I’ve seen of this location stating they closed earlier than 8pm.

i’d give zero stars, such horrible service. have never been to a starbucks where the workers hated their job more. asked for three tall hot chocolates and said that my brother would be coming in a second with a water as well. he wouldn’t let me wait for my brother so i had asked if the two smalls could just be put into a bigger cup for easier carrying since we had a baby with us even tho we already paid. he refused to let us get a bigger cup and rudely responded with “no we can’t do that here”. my brother asked if he could go ahead and order a couple other things to eat seeing as nobody else was there he shortly asked what he wanted. the young man was so rude about having a second order and then anything my brother asked for they didn’t have anymore and then after everything refused to let him buy the water bottle with his order and made him go through the separate check out for just a water. while i was waiting i heard the other girls working complaining about having to make so many hot chocolates. somebody else finally got in line after us and they got their multiple drinks before we even got one of ours. i would have said something to the man working but he left immediately after saying a snarky comment to his co workers about how WE were being rude. horrible service. nobody knows how to just go to work and shut up.

They said a large is a medium size drink now… but they charge you for a large size drink? And when I asked about the size of my drink the people got snappy with me, I’ve been going there for years and now they say it never been that way. Never going here

Ordered my typical drink and made sure to mention a customization to my drink 3 times to make sure the person at the register got it right. When I got my drink it was of course wrong because they don’t listen. Save yourself the trip and head to a different Starbucks.
