“Been here several times. Different days different times. Different servers and different bartenders. This place is great and very consistent. You would never know that your beverage or your food was being prepared by a different person than the last time you were there. Super consistent. The speed alone in which the food arrives seems more like fast food than what you would find at a sit down restaurant. The quality is very high here. The Blue Dream tacos are close to perfect and their house Margaritas are as well. The bartenders and the servers all have their particular style and it works, it really works. Thank you“
“We had a really good experience here. The place is big so can seat a lot of people. We arrived at dinner time on taco Tuesday and were immediately seated. The waiter was prompt and personable. Our food was delicious. My only complaint is they charge $8 for about a cup of guacamole. It's really good, but come on, have you been to Blue Agave? They serve a huge bowl tableside for less than that.“
“We celebrated National Margarita Day with a pitcher of “Mustache Rides” and we were pleasantly surprised! Don’t be fooled by the size of the pitcher, they pack a punch for sure. We do wish they would back off on the ice a bit in the pitcher allowing more of the margarita goodness to serve the 4 of us. None the less, it was a tasty concoction. As for the food, this will be one of our regular stops from now one. Queso, guac, and salsa are all highly recommended. The chips and salsa are “help yo’self”, as much as you like. Genius! The tacos slap and be sure to upgrade to Weesy-style because the goodness overtook the importance of mindful eating at that point. They go out of their way of helping you save a buck while filling your belly on Tuesdays with a price cut on their tacos and I would suggest getting in early. Be generous to the staff, they really do a great job! Atmosphere has a funky vibe and a great playlist. If you are looking for gluten-free options, you will feel right at home.“
“Came here for the yelp event a couple weeks ago and knew I had to come back! The restaurant alone is wonderful, much larger and more bar style seating than any of the other Local's. The food was better than I've had from any other Local as well. The guacamole was seasoned so well, and all of the tacos were made perfectly and full of flavor. The service is a bit confusing- it seems that the bar tenders are responsible for all of the tables, so they are often slower to get to you. Overall a wonderful restaurant and bar and my favorite location out of the other Local Cantinas“
“I was in town for a conference, and opted to check this place out with a coworker. The interior is really vibrant, and features a self-serve chip + salsa bar. I ordered a margarita and two tacos (tempura mushroom and sweet potato + pumpkin seeds), and they did not disappoint. Our server graciously split our bill, as we needed receipts for work. “Went there for lunch the day of the eclipse. Kelsey was an awesome server and deserves a raise. My wife and I were treated with respect by her and the rest of the staff. Yes, that should be the default, but we have gotten some odd looks, side comments, and lackluster service because we're a lesbian couple.Best chain Tex Mex food we've had for sure. The queso was flavorful and the included chips, salsa, and jalapeno cream sauce were tasty and freshly made. As New Mexico ex-pats, we were also delighted that Hatch green chile was available! Having it on our burritos was like a trip back in time. Kelsey asked if we wanted chips to go without us asking first, which is always the best part of having leftovers from Tex Mex restaurants. “I'd never been to Yabo's Tacos before but we had some time so I stopped in to check it out. I ordered 2 Carolina Pork tacos- see the pic, and they were better than I imagined. See, I'm more of a traditional taco guy and have grown to like the soft tacos over time, but I've been hesitant to try other items I side besides ground beef. The BBQ pork was so good, not too saucy and very good proportions. Then add in the slaw on top... yum!! They had a nice bar on the side and lots of TVs and trivia screens as well to entertain you. Alot of options from burritos, bowls, stacks, quesadillas, tacos and multiple meat and vegetarian options. Love how each order gets bag of free chips AND salsa. The food is fresh and cooked daily. You can order online for pickup and earn rewards thru app. The white queso is by far the best I have ever had even compared to a sit down Mexican restaurant.
