The last 3 times I’ve ordered the honey lemon pepper wings the chicken has tasted off like it might’ve been undercooked (looks a little too soft and light colored) or close to expiration. It used to be my favorite wing spot but I can’t even finish a plate of wings from here

Original order cancelled, told it would be 30 to remake. Food was loaded fries cold, greasy and unseasoned, more toppings than fries. The polish boy had about 5 cold fries thrown on top and I saw her make it "fresh". Tried calling before going there a 3rd time and the line was busy up until the kitchen closed.

1st and last time ordering food in here. Ordered a chicken Philly and the portion was the size of a hot ?. The cook could only prepare my food with 1 hand, because she was on her phone.Showing a pic of the food would only upset you and probably me too, again lol. I'm weird when it comes to being served a certain type of way, so this place is on my stay far away list

This place is sooooooooo unprofessional.........they took an hr to make my order that I was told would only take 20 minutes ??then I ask for ranch for my wings an she not only charges me but she gives me two an charges me for both ??♂️ I never ever got wings that didn't come with a complimentary ranch or blue cheese from no place whether it was wings on Broadway or bw3 an the environment is just off I don't think I'll ever go back again

What happened to the wings? They use to be perfect and some of the best in the area. My last couple orders on door dash have been very disappointing. They are big and inedible. Bring back the old ones!Came to back to update this review. Gave them another shot and they got it right. Wings are back to regular size and tasted great!
