If you want to know why this pizza place has a rating of 2 stars I'll tell you Why you call the number it goes to a call Center with people from other country who can't even find the Germantown store in their data base BUTTTT They have no problem patching you thru to the store ?? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SINCE?? Anyways you finally get connected the girl says uh I can't take an oder for from u need to call the Call Center. Gets the manager and that idiot says ummm Idk how to take orders...read full review

I had no problems ordering and the lady that delivered my pizza was very sweet. But the pizza itself? Horrible. Not only was there a long hair right on top (which is apparently an issue for this place) it also looked like someone literally punched the top of my pizza. There was a HUGE spot that had no cheese or toppings on it. Like someone just pushed their hand into it. Now I remember why I never eat here.

ordered a delivery order. Said it was out for delivery then it was canceled out of nowhere. Waited almost an hour. Called and they said they tried to call me to get my address, which they had. Lazy Bums.
