“Stopped here after dropping off a delivery for Door Dash. We're from Dayton we have been out to eat at the Florentine a few times. Have never been this far through Germantown so didn't know about Parkside. I would say my wife and I were happy with the food and the service. They're were all high School kids and they did a great job both with the food and service. I can see us coming back out to Germantown to visit Parkside. Also to try the Ice cream which we did not do this trip.“
“After I had a bad experience with the East side Hamilton store way back in 2007, I had never ordered from any of the franchises again until my wife convinced me she wanted to try some of the food they now serve on their menu. Reluctantly, I agreed and placed an online order via the android app. Since I didn't see anywhere to leave instructions for the delivery driver, I called the store and left simple instructions on where the pizza could be placed and where to find the driver's tip, and sure enough we had our large order delivered within' 45 minutes, and everything was correct and baked as it should be. There was zero contact, and as instructed they did not ring my doorbell and rile up my canines. To recap on my past experience from Hamilton, I had ordered some pizza for some friends and myself soon after I discharged from the U.S. Army at around 7:30 one Friday night, and after two hours I hadn't heard a word from anyone. I called the store and they claimed that I had never called and placed an order! At that time, I placed a second order, and again nobody ever showed up. When I called a third time to speak to a manager, they profusely apologized and insisted they would deliver my order free of charge. Fast forward to nearly 14 years later, I am still waiting on that delivery! I'm sure they will get it to me eventually... Anyways, back to Germantown! They delivered what I ordered, they followed simple instructions that I left them, I gave generous gratuity, our food was hot and it tasted well... Like Papa John's pizza is supposed to taste! As long as they hit all the right notes, I am inclined to give them 5/5 for accuracy, timing, taste, following instructions, and ease of the ordering process. I'll definitely give them my business time and time again until they give me a good reason not to - LOOKING AT YOU, FRANKLIN DOMINO'S!!! We will save that review for another time...“
“Ok guys, we just returned from Sunday lunch and the photos will show that the food smelled so delicious that I was overcome and forgot to photograph. Then as I began devouring I finally remembered to do so. I ordered the baked spaghetti with meat sauce, and my husband the lasagna. Both come with a side salad, and garlic knots. All I can say is… I tried both and…. YUMMY! There are plenty of fabulous pizza reviews from this establishment so I decided on the pastas. No regrets there. The pasta was Al dente, the sauce was incredibly flavorful, and the cheese was top notch and bubbly! Not only do you get fantastically made food, but also friendly family service. You can tell they really care about their clientele and their craft. This will be a frequented place for us. If you have procrastinated a visit here, wait no more. Don’t walk, run!“
“Great little pizzeria and Italian kitchen. Not your average pizza place, they have chicken parm, stuffed manicotti, lasagna. I had the cauliflower crust personal pizza which is outstanding! “A really great pie and the best in the area. The worker, who presumably was the owner, was very nice and appreciative. The pizza is a wood fired Neapolitan style. It has great char, a good undercarriage, slight crisp, zero flop, and good flavor but was hoping for a bit more in the sauce. Definitely recommended and a bonus is the brewery next door. For the Portnoy fans, I rated this a 7.4 but unfortunately this business isn't available in the app to post a review but I'll keep an eye out.“
“Recently moved to the area and went here as we're still settling into our new home. The restaurant is in a great location along 741. The environment feels like an older sports bar/family restaurant mesh, but it's not dated at all. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.We ordered drinks, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, a pizza, and children's meals. The loaded Saratoga chips were great. They're house-made potato chips covered in cheese, bacon, and paired with ranch dressing. The burgers were cooked to temp and very tasty. The chicken sandwich was phenomenal. The grilled chicken tenders were both flavorful and juicy. The mac and cheese was great!!We had heard great things about their pizza, but were honestly skeptical about it as we haven't had great experiences with restaurants that have a full menu and make pizzas. Thankfully, we listened to the masses, as the pizza was perfectly cooked and was absolutely delicious.We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of regular dining options. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough.“

“Over the years I've had deliveries I have picked up and I have dined in. These guys take pride in their food and their service. I highly recommend. Whenever I'm in the area I try to stop in and get a pizza or sandwich or really anything I've ever had on their menu I thought was excellent. I highly recommend! If you're in the area stop in and get a bite. They will take care of your hunger lol“
