We ended up there due to car troubles. The car was in the shop, so we walked down for a bite to eat. The staff was pleasant. There were 5 of us, and not one order was messed up. The food was hot and delicious! They weren't very busy so we didn't have to wait long. Person taking the money at the window obviously hates their job, no greeting, no smile. Said thanks and got a nod and eye roll. In line now so whoever working the first window at 1:53pm needs serious coaching.. 2nd window was much more pleasant

Only 2 people running the whole place when we were here with 4 kids. Not sure why they were short staffed, but come on BK, you guys can get more than 2 people. The two girls here did an amazing job and are way underpaid imo.
