Will not go back food was wrong ask for cheese and they did not give me cheese and when I went back up ask for cheese they did not remake they just hand me cheese and say do it my self I guess. And they were rude the guy in back said something rude and I heard him. And food was cold. Will not come back.

Not only was all our food wrong but when we asked for cheese on our Whoppers they literally handed us slices of cheese and charged us for it??? The guy in the back was being rude and actually said we were ungrateful when he couldn't even make the food correctly! Avoid this Burger King!

Came here and ordered a candied bacon whopper, onion rings, chicken wrap and small coke. Waited in line for 20 minutes, then then tried to hand out a whopper and chocolate shake. Told them that wasn’t what I ordered and they went back. Came back with a new bag and coke, I glanced in the bag and didn’t see the chicken wrap so I asked if it was in there she said “yeah it’s in there” I left…-& it was not in there.Also found out, it wasn’t the candied bacon whopper. They still gave me the regular whopper. Not sure what happened here, but definitely over paid for what I received.

Shame on this branch. Went on a Friday evening and there were only 2 people working, one line cook and one cashier operating 2 drive thrus and the counter by themselves. Between ordering and getting the food out took over 15 minutes. To their credit they were very nice and the food was made correctly, all in spite of the zero help they had from anyone else.

One of the best Burger King’s I’ve been to. So much better than the Burger King on Broadway. When I went to the Broadway location I would get food poisoning from a Whopper.

On two different occasions, I left due to waiting 10 minutes+ at drive through with nobody else in line/one other person.

They close at midnight but at 1120 there is no one to answer the drive thru, although the car in front of us was served. My car and the 4 cars behind us went to taco bell next door and received stellar service.

BY FAR the slowest drive through in all of Columbus, maybe even Ohio. Absolutely insane. I DO NOT recommend even trying to order food. You spend nearly 10 min waiting at the speaker after 10-15 min in line. Stay clear. Either try inside (not really any faster) or go elsewhere…save yourself the
