Just like EVERY other fast food place anymore... Understaffed and not very friendly... They don't clean the area that the food is prepared at all, they just slide your food thru all of the remnants of past burritos and bowls from all day... Chipotle used to be top notch, that's not the case anymore

Staff loud and had indecent conversations in front of customers. Possible hygiene issues. Will never return. Health department should be involved. Wish I could give ZERO Stars. I should’ve gotten the employees name but she was extremely rude. Was very skimpy making my bowl and did not give me whole portions had a nasty attitude, gave me about 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. When I arrived there was a whole new batch of hot rice that she had to open, she heard me say “I would like that fresh rice please” and proceeded to SCRAPE the old rice off the perimeter of the empty container (stuck to the bottom) and purposely put it in my bowl (which was hard to chew and not edible ) everything else was baby portions and she kept saying “if you want another scoop you’ll be charged for double” knowing that she wasn’t even giving me whole scoops to begin with. She was irritated the whole time and she shouldn’t work in customer service with that attitude, didn’t even get to eat my food with that hard rice. I will never eat from here ever again‼️‼️

Went there recently at 4:30 pm on a Sunday. As soon as I walked in I observed a manager (dark hair, glasses, was driving a silver Toyota prius) screaming at the employees as they are trying to deal with the pre dinner rush. As soon as the manager left, I can't say enough good things about how the employees seemed to rally around him being gone. Whoever was prepping the food in the back, (taller male, glasses and a beard) was working his butt off and doing it with a smile. The employees were left by the manager without a NUMBER of food items, but did the best they could with what they had!

I’ve had to walk out of this location twice in the last two weeks, after standing in line for 20-25 min, because they were out of tons of items. How can you constantly be out of 3-4 items, when you’re still open for 3 more hours? It’s great that they’ve extended their hours … except they’re still out of food by 8-8:30. Ridiculously unprofessional.

I give a lower rating if I could. After many orders having jacked up burritos or cat food dry carnitas, we decided against our better judgment, to order from here again. Get there, and the system is down. Only it wasn't. Other people were getting their orders. Mine just disappeared apparently. Got told, yeah talk to customer support. So after 20 minutes of this rediculess chat bot, I finally get a person. Only they can't help me with my order so they refund it and give me an entree promo that won't come in immediately. Lots of good that does when you have a hungry toddler who you ordered food for off of points. So, in short. Incompetent or deceitful staff and incompetent customer service.

Star rating varies based on staff. Went Sunday, dirty dining area, long line, lack of employees and the man at the register coughing repeatedly without covering his mouth so, we left. Visited the Georgesville location today and they were pretty much out of everything so, my boyfriend talked me into giving your location another try ..and to my surprise the service was friendly, fast, the food was delicious ,and the restaurant was clean!!! We ended up tipping $30 and those girls deserved it! Emily and crew need to be the face of your operations more frequently! Thanks again ladies!

I recently placed an online order, but upon pickup, I was disappointed to find everything significantly smaller than expected. Additionally, the individual handling pickup orders was rude, and the tortilla chips were burnt. This experience did not meet my expectations.

This place is just horrible. They never have white rice. The steak is nothing but fat and jaw bouncers. Definitely watch them like a hawk or you will be shorted or not given what you ordered at all.The staff is only good for excuses.
Not a fan of bad reviews, but this is the worst chipotle around and everyone knows it, especially if you get delivery. Place must be using an actual tablespoon measure to scoop ingredients.

Don’t order from here unless you are physically in the building. My food arrived cold, and extremely skimpy on the toppings. Barely any rice, 6 pieces of corn and chicken, a pinch of lettuce, 3 pieces of fajita veggies, 1/3 of a scoop of guac THAT YOU PAY $3 EXTRA FOR and they forgot my large chips and guac….never again. Best believe I got a full refund and whoever was working takeout at 2:50pm on 3/11/24 should be ashamed of themselves.

Unfortunately I have to leave Grove City if I want a good meal from Chipotle. Both locations just do not care & serve utter trash unfortunately. The old Chipotle ways of good service & amazing food has left Grove City and its a shame. Small portions, bland taste, served with an attitude. If you can't get the lime/salt ratio right in the rice, you might as well throw it all in the trash. Bring back the old Chipotle.
