“I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. Thank you again to the associate with the pretty pinky purple hair and the kind manager who helped. I’m sorry again I didn’t get your names! -Beth“

“I love Arby's Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches and when they have the deals. However, on Jan. 6 and tonight, Feb. 11th, 2020, going through drive thru, my Arby's Gift Card for order wouldn't go through. I used it just fine in Dec. 2019. I went to the store to see the Day manager on 1/7 and all registers, including drive thru, showed my balance. Tomorrow, I will be going in again for this! It must be when there's an order and when swiped, some glitch! I have a balance, which even the night manager tonight was shown that receipt from 1/7. This is ridiculous. Never had these gift card problems before. My son, who was getting my orders, both times, and assured him for tonight, the card would work, is out of money! Usually 5 stars.“

“Placed a pick up order yesterday evening for after a softball game and the game went longer than expected. Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. I felt bad for wasting food but they assured me that it was ok. Great crew“

“Listen, it's mcdonalds, I know. However more times than not my stuff is getting messed up. I keep overlooking it. I've dealt with upset kids with wrong happy meals and worked that out on my own. But man.... so, this morning did the deal to add the mcmuffin for $1, and I get it's just a $1 but at the same time, I do this for coworkers every once in a while, we take turns surprising each other, sometimes I want it for lunch instead. Regardless... it wasn't in the bag. I didn't catch it until after I ate my hash brown and drank my coffee... but yet again. Another $1. When its been $3, $5, etc. I've wasted so much money here they've made off me for inccorect packaging. This is just me and not the numerous X amount of people it also happens to. Workers are always nice! But also being the only one in line with a mobile order sent 10 mins ahead of time-- you'd think the ticket would've been read quite a few times for accuracy. So hopefully yall see that. I'd be okay waiting an extra 30 secs for accuracy! 4 stars for friendliness at the windows, and great coffees. Usually the morning crew is better than the afternoon, but I can't judge off previous experiences either of PM vs AM crew members. But at least my hash brown was fresh which is the best and my favorite part.“

“4 kids working...all of them nice and doing a great job.....when not waiting on customers they are cleaning tables ..cleaning up the serving area..replenishing everything...outstanding workers..I stopped on our way out to tell them to keep up the good work...it's noticed....I will be back a lot“

“I've read some reviews and as long as you give a store 5* they tell thank you for being a fan but if you give 1* they just tell you to give them more ways to help fix the problem but no one seems to fix the problem sounds like most restaurants nowadays not a good way to deal with the issues at hand I've had bad experiences at a lot of restaurants and the problem is employees don't care their pay went up while the quality went down ???? not good at all“

“I cannot say that the food wasn't good....it was. I prefer this Subway to the one on the West side of Hamilton or Oxford. I am a bit ticked off over their coupon procedure. I receive coupons in the mail. Was looking forward to 2 footlongs for $12.99. The young sandwich artist told me their register wasn't equipped to handle the coupons and it was online only. I attempted to order online while there only to have the code rejected. 4 people tried to read it and no combination worked. I was po'd at that point and ordered one 12 inch and one 6 inch which cost almost $17.00....a far cry from my coupon value. Why mass mail coupons that don't work no matter what you do. Next hankering for a sub I'll bite the $$$ bullet and give Jersey Mike's a try.“
