“I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “I love Arby's Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches and when they have the deals. However, on Jan. 6 and tonight, Feb. 11th, 2020, going through drive thru, my Arby's Gift Card for order wouldn't go through. I used it just fine in Dec. 2019. I went to the store to see the Day manager on 1/7 and all registers, including drive thru, showed my balance. Tomorrow, I will be going in again for this! It must be when there's an order and when swiped, some glitch! I have a balance, which even the night manager tonight was shown that receipt from 1/7. This is ridiculous. Never had these gift card problems before. My son, who was getting my orders, both times, and assured him for tonight, the card would work, is out of money! Usually 5 stars.“

“This was my first time trying Raising Canes. I was really surprised at how good their tenders were. It's a really limited menu so I assumed they would do their one product correctly and I was right. Really tender, great seasoning, and nice portions. Expensive for what it is but good!“

“Placed a pick up order yesterday evening for after a softball game and the game went longer than expected. Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. I felt bad for wasting food but they assured me that it was ok. Great crew“
