“Amy, our server did an excellent job, efficient and friendly. I had their whole 4 topping built your own pizza. Great taste with plenty of toppings requested. I'll get it again it was that good! My wife had their Penne Shrimp and Scallop dish with a cream sauce, she loved it. Big portions on both dishes, enough for a leftover meal at home.“

“Best little family restaurant in Newark. The staff was attentive, the decorations were great and the food was delicious and tasty. I had the ham and bean soup w cornbread. The beans were seasoned perfectly and had lots of ham. I had the bread pudding w cream sauce. It was amazing, just perfect. I was told it was a 100 year old recipe handed down through the generations. My friends had the pork chops. They were seasoned perfectly. So tender, you can cut it with a table knife. They had the peanut butter pie after dinner. I was told it was the best pie they've ever had in their life ❤️After New Years, they close down for a few months.I can't wait for the reopening. “Great Chill place to watch UFC, Basketball, Football. Vibes Are Awesome if you like to mix a Lil rock n roll with a dash of some metal an a sprinkle of hip hop an R&B depends on the crowd. But All around its a pretty dope spot to get together at.Parking: Used to be a whole strip of bars. Called it the corner bars. Conveniently there's Incrdibles Pizza and even a McDonald's right across the street for when the Drunkin munchies Start to Hit.“

“The bartender is nice and she can make good mixed drinks and shots a d drinks are reasonably priced. Has a couple pool tables. Also has one of those new touchscreen juke boxes which is nice but its $5.00 for 12 credits and at 2 credits a song (for new songs, some older ones are 1 credit) so 6 songs doesn't last long.“

“Stopped here for dinner while visiting family, this place is a hidden gem!Had Calimari to start- the texture was great, the breading was airy and well-seasoned but very tender.I had the Chicken Riggies for my entree- the chicken was perfectly cooked and the vodka sauce was delicious! I asked for a little extra spice in the sauce and it did not disappoint (though would order as it comes if you're sensitive to spice).I finished with the flourless chocolate torte for dessert- the flavors of the dark chocolate balanced well with the fruit topping and was dense but not too filling. I would definitely get it again!Staff was very friendly and quick. I had an Old Fashioned, generous pours but not over-powering.We will definitely be back next time we're in town!“

“Loved this place there's pool table inside if you're inclined to play and the bar is large so you don't feel crowded bathroom very clean a luxury in most bars. Had a little 3 piece band outside patio which was perfect the weather was awesome that night and the band sounded as if they had more than 3 very good music to dance and listen to. “I went the Summer Solstice at The Station and was blown away!!! The variety of handmade items and “one-of-kind” jewelry, necklaces, etc was phenomenal!! All the booths (which included tarot card readers and a medium) were incredible! And thanks to the best bartender in center Ohio-Abbie, you rock girlfriend!!! You definitely want to show up to the next Pop-Up Event, and bring lots of money!! You won’t be able to resist the goodies! “Wow, I have really been missing out on some amazing food! First time at the Island House and we decided to start with the Island Sweet wings and waffle fries. Now I am a traditional, Buffalo sauce wing girl but this sauce…yummy is all I have to say! Finger licking good! (Sorry KFC) The waffle fries are deliciously salty with a few extra seasonings. For our meal, we shared the crab cake dinner and tacos. I know I have already said it BUT WOW!!!! Gotta have the crab cakes….with a side of chicken tacos! It was such a perfect match! The crab cakes are to die for! Something to ponder Pappy…maybe an appetizer of mini crab cakes! The atmosphere and weather were perfect. You can dine in, at the bar or outside. The live music created just the right mood. The artist was Michael J Swift. After lunch, the restaurant is across the street from the park so you can even enjoy a lovely walk by the lake making plans for your next visit to the Island House!“

“My second time here tonight. I met Bob and his daughter Jennifer. Also met some locals who were FANTASTIC and it's a guarantee I'll be back. I wish this was a local bar for me. “This is my favorite place to go eat out on buckeye lake! Food is always great! Drinks are Nicee to.?THE HOUSE SAUCE is to die for on my favorite meal, The Boos Bacon cheeseburger and fries? I really love the vibes and atmosphere this place Has!! Definitely a MUST GO! They have live shows on some nights and a cute little dance floor to complete the experience! “They offer plenty of parking and a nice outdoor patio area. The bar has Loads of seating around it. We didn’t have to wait for a table but they do have a small waiting room. There is four top tables, booths and large groups have room to sit as well. There’s lots of televisions around the bar and dining room so you won’t miss any of the game. The mushroom appetizer is plenty for the whole table and absolutely delicious. I loved the salmon and veggie kabobs as well. The fish sandwich is huge! My husband loved it but could only eat half of it. The restaurant was clean, tables are spaced apart so seating is comfortable. Our waitress was great and checked back often to make sure we were happy with everything. We will be back!Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are far enough apart for easy mobility for wheelchairs.“
