Went in for NCAA men's basketball games. This is a big time for sports bars. One tv for bar seat viewing did not work, and hasn't since football season, another had news on. Had to watch thru bar to other wall to see game we wanted. Food was good. Help seemed very busy. Refill for soda had to be asked for and they brought water instead. Used plates, used napkins etc sat in front of us for a long time. Bartenders don't make eye contact or see what is needed as they pass by.

Read about "Columbus Style Pizza" in a magazine article. Masseys was mentioned as one of the restaurants that made this type of pizza. I grew up in Columbus in the 1960s and this brought back childhood memories. We were in the Newark area for a bike ride and saw there was a Masseys in heath. Dinner was a 16 pepperoni pizza. Very good and a nice trip down memory lane.

Service is awful, the food is terrible. I took 2 hours to get our food, they made the pizza with the wrong toppings. I told the waitress before she sat it at the table that it was wrong, so she comes back 5 minutes later with the same pizza, they put the toppings that i wanted on it RAW gros, I'll never go back, worse experience i ever had, embarrassing.

Well this is my last order. You make great pizza, but Everytime I online order it’s always an additional 20-30 minutes of waiting after actual pickup time. 2nd order I’ve made for 45 bucks to always wait. How about you not wait until we get there to actually make the pizza. Too any other places to get good pizza that are always prompt and on time for less.

Atrocious in every sense.Came here extremely hungry for the "Lunch Buffet.", which in the entire hour we were there consisted of half a Hawaiian Pizza, half a dessert pizza, half a cheese, and three pieces of pepperoni. Not near enough for just the few people that were there, three different customers who walked up to see if their was more and there wasn't.I had half a mind to walk out without paying (which I've never done in my life), but it was pretty hard to justify $25 on six tiny pieces of burnt, dry, tasteless pizza that sat for who knows long under the heating lamp.The server didn't check on us a single time. Outside of the moment, she'd given us our drinks.All this may have been justified if there was at all a crowd, but it was legitimately empty with staff doing who knows what. Entirely non attentive and careless of the situation.Below attached are photos of the restaurant and how empty it was, the "buffet", and what twenty-five dollars got us. ?I'd come here once long ago and never came back, but I couldn't remember why. I'm pretty sure it was this same buffet. Won't come back.

Sat at bar and no one asked to get me a drink finally sat at a table close to the bar and Erin served us. Took a long time to get food and ordered hot wings and they came out naked had to ask for hot sauce. Sunday Domestic beer dollar off tall boys. Wings were really really good though! Pizza is always great can't go wrong! Erin did a great job keeping up with us even though food came out slow.

Decent sports bar. Watch a game and eat a pizza. The cauliflower crust is great!
We have gone to the buffet many times and always enjoy it. They have pizza, pasta, salad, and bread sticks. Although it is not the best variety buffet I've been to, it is a buffet which is nice.Then a couple of weeks ago we went on a Wednesday and noticed a special they have of a buyer and fries for $7. Everything was delicious, good size portions on the fries. We will definitely go back to enjoy that again.
We had a birthday party on a very busy day, Cassie was fantastic! Very attentive, and accommodating!

This was my first and will be my last visit to Massey's ever. Ordered a pepperoni and banana pepper Stromboli small size and same size of a ham and black olive. What I got was a dry hard nasty mess that I cannot taste any toppings on. And I have an entire serving bowl full of sauce for nothing. $40.68 for those Stromboli's plus two side salads that it looks like my 4 year old grandson made. And some chicken wings. Was so very disappointed and I will never be back. Staff acted like they had no idea how to make food. I wanted so much to love Massey's. It was my husband's first job and all he has ever done was talk about the one in Gahanna that he worked at. How great the food was and how much I would like it. This was my birthday dinner. And after what was given to us to eat by this location.... I ended up at McDonald's. I expected a really great dinner for my 45th birthday. This was definitely not what Massey's gave me.
