I wasn't able to get what I usually get because they apparently changed the price of the double cheese burger by an additional 65%, but that's fine. I found something else to get. I then ordered a large blast. They also got rid of my favorite, the snickers blast since rebuilding the restaurant, which is fine. I picked another flavor. When I got my large blast, it was not less than 2 inches from the top of the cup. I don't mean 2 inches from the top of the unnecessary dome lid, but the rim of the cup.I politely asked the girl that served me my food if they could just top it off with some more ice cream because it was pretty low and I would have just gotten a medium if that's what I really wanted, this one is a little low, and she said "sure!". She then took it to who I presume was the manager because it wasn't the boy who made my drink and she after having a discussion with a few people inside went over and put some more ice cream inside and threw some more of the topping on top after a quick blend. I then saw her scrape a huge dollop of ice cream that went half the way down the cup, back into the cup with the lid. I was then given my cup back with a lot of ice cream all over the lid and the side of the cup and asked to leave...I know the picture doesn't look that bad but this is after a 10 minute drive of it melting and running down the side, into my cup holder...Thanks Sonic!

Placed a small order online on a weekday. When I checked out it said 3 hour wait to pick up asap. I tried to immediately cancel. It said it was already to late. I had to call the 1800 number, and it took 2 weeks to get a refund.

My chicken was very stringy and appeared to be undercooked and so I did not eat it. I messaged about it 4 times and was always told a managed would contact me and they never did. Just really disappointed with the service.

Friendly fast service. Enjoyed the garlic mushroom burger and fries. It's fashioned like an old drive in hop place where you have the choice to go through the drive through or place your order and pay for it at one of their kiosks next to your parking space and they bring your food out to you promptly. There is no indoor eating area, but there is an outdoor sitting area for when weather is warm.

I haven't had the food in a long time but that drink selection is off the hook!!! I know a slushy can seem simple but most places you drink all the flavor half way through and are left with a cup of ice....not here. I'll try the foodmon another trip. That grape 8s killin it lmao ?

I placed an order with Uber eats and when I picked it up my corn dog was missing. I got accused of lying the the general manager told me that they wouldn’t replace my corn dog because I opened up the bag and it was against company policy. I’m like “since when is it against company policy to open your own food”. Long story short after about 10 minutes I finally got the rest of my order
