Like most Dunkin donuts I go to, they are friendly enough. The line moves quickly and the donuts are usually only good until maybe noon. They are not made at the stores, like they used to be, so they start getting hard a lot sooner. I did have an experience last spring/summer with a cashier... I gave her my order and it came to $5.15. I gave her $6 and she abruptly said, "Let me guess, I can keep the change? Oohhh!!!" I serve/bartend for a living so this statement shocked me....read full review
Just left this location about 20-30 minutes before this review.I had ordered a toasted white chocolate latte and got an "original coffee with toasted white chocolate swirl" according to the little order sticker on my cup.This was probably the worst drink I've ever had from a dunkin.I've ordered coffee with flavor swirls in them before and they still didn't taste this bad.But getting the order wrong and it tasting bad just isn't what I was willing to deal with today. The workers at this Dunkin location were especially helpful and wanted to please their customers. This is refreshing, considering some of the other Dunkin locations have nasty employees and low-quality food. They even gave recommendations when we were sure what to order. Would stop here again!
