“Top notch all around. Friendliest staff, all their food is incredible, and their drinks are the best in the area by far. We live 15 mins away and I’m both sad and relieved we’re not closer because we would be there every day. Currently drinking a Dunkin frappe and it’s so bad it inspired me to review Couchland which isn’t even open today. I hope they never close for longer than a holiday stretch.“

“The food is amazing. Been there 2x now and both times OUTSTANDING. The spanakopita is hands down the BEST I've ever had. The Greek salad was delicious and the quality ? Both of us today commented on the quality ingredients. The feta cheese is crumbly but not dry at all, flavorful not salty, creamy but not gooey. The scones are delicious not average. Great flavor and the texture is extra fine. I can't find a flaw in anything I've had there. Truly a destination for lunch.“

“An absolute must-stop when in the area. Great pastries and desserts mixed with terrific hot and cold drinks makes me wish I was a local and could go frequently. Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. Their whole bean coffees on hand are some of my favorite blends and brew perfectly in a French Press; I always stock up when in town. Arabica will not disappoint.“

“Friendly, peaceful and the drinks are great. I stayed here and studied for about 4 hours and I can now say this is my favorite coffee shop. :) the staff was nice and the environment is clean. Although the place got busy at times it was never loud! I got the hot chocolate and banana blueberry muffin. I have to say the muffin was a bit hard but I still managed to eat most of it. Other than that I’m satisfied with the place“

“So glad we took the plunge to come here when we were doing our own walking tour. The description is funky with bols of vegan, vegetarian, paleo and GF organic meals. I call the meals nutritional rice bowls with veggies and protein. Add special sauces and bone broth. Delicious! The venue is located on Public Square outside Tower City. The inside seating is high-top tables, a counter and a few low tables. You choose your ingredients, or choose from the menu a bol already mixed. Names of items include broths as Nature's Medicine, Porky Picante, Wakin' Bacon, Chime Chicken, Rebel Steak, Po-Kay Tuna, Power Plant. Grab and go, or eat on the patio. This is a neat venue that needs to be checked out. On a Monday at lunchtime Rebol was busy. Yelpers, when checking in, get a free pour-over coffee. Warm and yummy.“

“I just started working in the area and didn't want to get the standard coffee place in the area. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles. I had no idea what to order and once I described my coffee likes, I was given two suggestions. I chose the first, and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thanks AM team!!“

“I live about 5 minutes from two Dunkins, but I only go to this one because the coffee is consistently really good. I have never gotten a bad, weird tasting coffee from here and I come almost every morning on the way to work. The manager and workers are really nice and the drive thru moves really fast.“

“Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“

A man was sitting there, not eating, just chilling with his very large dog, which made me uncomfortable because I'm highly allergic.“

Hope they’re still open, but definitely exterior signage needs to be improved. We must’ve circled area for five minutes with no luck.“

“This was the most inviting interior of a McDonald's I've ever seen. It was immaculately clean. The flowers on each table caught my eye. For how busy the place was via the drive thru, eating in felt like we were anywhere but a fast food restaurant, let alone McDonald's. What a pleasant experience!“

He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back! But, be SURE to check your coffee order before you leave, or you may have to "pay" for their mistake.Parking: There are about 8 spots right in front. Busy area, so you can usually find a spot.“

My daughter, who has celiac, loved having gluten-free wrap options. She went with chicken pesto and chips. I got the Steph's salad, which was amazing with strawberries and nuts. My husband got the Asian salad. It was all very fresh!There are two entrances, one outside and one from the mall. The staff was super friendly and the place was well maintained. There are mall restrooms right outside the doors.From a blind perspective, I was able to move easily between tables. The windows provide lots of natural light. “This was a small mall type restaurant (I was expecting an eat in restaurant). The woman behind the counter was friendly and had our food made to order in about 15 minutes. We had perch po-boy and perch dinner and also a catfish po'boy. The fish was deliciously crunchy and flavorful - my mouth wanted more even when oli was full. Fries were really tasty and had some seasoning that icouldn't describe but was phenomenal with the bbq sauce drizzled on top. The coleslaw on topwas great too. The place is small and the menu is limited and there aren't many seats in this tiny mall that that it was located in but it was the best fish sandwich I've had in at least a decade.“

“I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“

“An excellent coffee and customer service experience. I can finally give this coffee shop 5 stars now that I have officially tried all of their drinks. Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.“

“I literally love it here I visit often, to the point where when my cousin and I come in Olivia already knows what we want. Olivia and the owner are the only two people I have ran across working in there and I have been coming for about 2 years. the owner isn’t quite the people person and I can say he does lack common and decent communication skills and customer service skill making him come off as snarky and rude. However, Olivia is such a doll and is the reason I come back. She always asks how I have been and tells us to come back in soon when she doesn’t see us in a long time. She is amazing at working and still holding conversation, she brings a warm and welcoming feel. She makes sure my friends and I receive our points for being loyal customers and she’s just very personable…if you haven’t been before she will give you recommendations.. she’s very patient when you aren’t sure what you want and never has a problem explaining the menu. The only thing I would like to see is permanent and consistent business hours and if not that a working phone just so people can call to inquire before coming up.“

“I go to this very super-awesome, super-fantastic place and drive-thru every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) morning. Sometimes I get the big breakfast. Other days, I get the super cool Sausage Egg McMuffin. And today, I got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Along with the hash brown. Staff was reasonable and professional with our food this morning. Breakfast food was delivered to our car quicker. Drinks were delivered quicker, too. Drive-thru at breakfast time and lunch time is always quick. Always the best customer service 24 hours, day in and day out, always the same.“
