Fishenger rd has rude people. Made 4 people wait out side for 20 mins before letting us know they opening late. Eye rolls like I’m putting them out just all around a bad experience. Go to another location this one is bad!!!
I ordered a chicken bowl today for pickup in the drive through. What I received? A veggie bowl with beans. Beans… that I don’t eat. Making this meal that I definitely didn’t order inedible.
When I brought it to Peppers attention I was told they would give me a free drink. A free drink for a wrong meal? Disappointed. So disappointed.
Also, no salad dressing.
Mill Run location disappoints yet again.
We got part of our order and part of someone else's order. Chip bags were less than half full.
My orders from here are wrong at least 50% of the time. This location has gone downhill horribly in the last couple years.
