I had a bad experience, which is not typical of Panera. I ordered a "Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel" with no cheese or egg. Just sausage on a bagel.When I picked it up, it was just cheese on the bagel, so I returned it and explained that it should not have cheese and should have been just sausage on a bagel. The first person couldn't understand, so they asked another person to listen. Now I do not have a speech impediment, and it was a seemingly simple request - A bagel with sausage.When it was returned, they had just put sausage on the same bagel with the cheese. They didn't even try to rewrap it or disguise the fact that it was still the same incorrect sandwich.I can't say they seemed understaffed, or untrained. It just seemed that they couldn't comprehend the simplicity of my order. Unfortunately for me, a bus with a team came in while I was waiting, so I didn't try to get the second error - I guess it was really the same error, for a second time - fixed.

Has to be one of the worst locations for service! Went thru empty drive thru sat at speaker….no can I take your order, no can you hold on a second, nothing…..after about ten minutes I pull to the window and see a man in a white button up leaning on the sandwich station talking with two guys standing across from him after a couple of minutes he looks over at me and proceeds to come over then stops and goes right back to talking. After about 5 more minutes I go inside and ask is the drive thru closed and he says no. After all of that of course they are completely out of broccoli cheddar soup. I asked the same guy his name and he says Chris….the manager I assume by his shirt compared to the other employees. Such wonderful customer service on a busy night! SMH

Strongly suggest going to any other restaurant. Poor service Store isn’t very clean. Extremely slow moving staff. Men’s restroom is closed - how can they be open?

When I got here, the place was already packed and understaffed. One item I ordered was a cinnamon roll and it was so stale I could barely bite through it. I have been waiting about 30 minutes now to get the rest of my food, and I am still waiting. People who have been here even longer are also still waiting. There was and is a weird chemical smell in the place. The bathroom keeps wafting out smells of feces. Bad first experience.
