I just had lunch there and my tortellini was ice cold. When I took it to the counter, I was told that since I took a bite, they couldn’t do anything for me... but there is a microwave that I could use to heat up my undercooked food. The second person I tried to talk to didn’t seem to understand that serving undercooked food is a problem. If I am going to heat up my own frozen dinner, I can buy one from the grocery store for a lot less than I spent at Panera.

Panera Bread offers a mixed experience with its food quality and prices being a concern. The lobby is nice and air conditioned, providing a nice atmosphere to get some work done. While some orders may have missing items, the staff are quick to rectify mistakes and provide friendly service, and the cashier and shift supervisor can offer great customer service. However, the restaurant can be consistently mediocre and always filthy. The chocolate chip cookie is often not fresh and very hard, and the cinnamon roll was also not fresh. The new spicy steak Bagel sandwich is really good. Vegetarian options include a variety of salads, with fruit and yogurt options for those with dietary restrictions. Parking is wheelchair accessible and ample.
