Horrible service. I explained to the server that I'm allergic to dairy, eggs and cheese and that I was vegan. They brought me a burger with Mayo and dairy on it. I had them remake it 3 times and still messed up messed up.my order.Manager (Anelita Nuñez) came out and wanted to play the semantics game and argue with me.Don't ever come to this play. They are nasty and rood. Then she said the cooks left and they were supposed to be remaking the meal.Horrible customer service. Don't ever come here. They can not be trusted. They changed the bread and brought back the burger with dairy and Mayo still on the burger and tomatoes.They didn't even want to recomp my meal that I prepaid with before the food arrived. I worked at the Arnold expo booth all day and finally thought I could have a hot meal.and this happens. Someone needs to fix this!

I will start with atmosphere. Let's just say, if it's 0-5° outside the facility should probably have the HEAT on and our party should not be shivering.Before we even began ordering our food we were informed that there was no Coke or sweet tea. Ok, move on. I didn't know that I could go to Red Robin and order Donatos. As we ordered our meals, the simple things weren't available. No sour cream. No provolone cheese for a burger ?. Most of asked for NO SALT or seasoning on the ? fries...I guess they forgot and extra crispy isn't an option for now. I think if you are paying for something you should be able to ask and get it "your way"! I guess they would have to partner with Burger King instead of Donato's? I think the BEST part of the meal was the pretzel bites. They were HOT & DELICIOUS! Except they give you a small little container of cheese sauce. When we asked for another $2! Well maybe if they made the container the same size as the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks we would have had enough. Or maybe we should have ran across the street to Walmart to get the sauce, provolone, sweet tea, sour cream & cheese sauce.Oh well...if you just want basic, no extra, don't ask for anything special. Just use ketchup.

The restaurant gave a good atmosphere but when I ordered Ribs they were Not fall off the bone ribs and very fatty and chewy. I guess I should've known better to get ribs when it's NOT their

Came in for lunch with my son. We ordered an appetizer and each a burger. I was surprised that our food came out quickly but we never got our appetizer. It wasn’t busy, it was clean and our waitress was friendly. We got our bill and I asked the waitress to take off the appetizer we never received. She did, and then we watched the staff enjoying it as we walked out. So it was made, she just didn’t ever bring it. Our burgers were good.

Last night while I was eating in that restaurant, some thieves broke the passenger window and stole the things I had inside the car. I called the person in charge of the place and she left whenever she wanted, apparently not interested in what had happened. They do not have a surveillance system in place, no interest in helping was received, there is no security for their cars in that place.Parking: Not safety parking

Bad experience here. Fries were cold when served. My burger was supposed to have barbecue sauce on it. It did not have any. Burger was not hot. Not what you would callclean. Understaffed. I would not go here again.

Oh wow I had such a bad dinner with my grandkids and husband. First, I will say the good things the fries as usual were excellent and the waitress was very nice and helpful.The burgers sucked. The chicken sandwich was awful. The five year old couldn't eat the chicken fingers, my burger bun was so dry and old you could knock on it would echo, it tasted like they stole the onions at some museum. The burgers were cold and hard They were so old. the kitchen was incredibly slow, we were there for like five minutes less than two hours with two five-year-olds and a 2 year old. Even the oranges that the waitress was good enough to bring for the baby taste and funny.
