The steak was cooked medium to my liking (I recommend the 12 ounce Fort Worth ribeye).The service was quick and prompt (even for a busy Saturday afternoon) and our waitress was prompt and professional.Overall great experience! Two thumbs up to the HilliardTexas Roadhouse location.
Server was great! Food was fantastic. Lots of fun...granddaughter had her 6th birthday and staff came over did their magic hollering. Great!!!Parking: Lots of spaces around the restaurant and extra as well.Kid-friendliness: Talked to the children and gave them coloring books and crayons.
