Don’t go. I’ve never seen such a sad attempt at making a bagel. Tried this place three times to give them a final chance and food is always cold. They are very rude when you ask them about it, and they never pick up the phone in there.

If I could give 0 stars I would, You ask for a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese and they don't toast it, and hardly any cream cheese at all, but charge you for extra! Customer service is a joke!!!!

In all my years of living I have never visited an establishment and receive such poor service. It’s already bad enough they charge $1.99 extra for cream cheese but when you ask for your bagel to be toasted it’s a difference between toasted and being burned, I do understand that overwhelming crowds can cause, panic amongst employees but quality should still be top priority in order for people to continue visiting the establishment to keep it open. I hope this does reach someone that does care because I will not be returning.

The other workers has to stop their coworkers from attacking a lady today in the morning .

20 minute wait for a 3 car line because one person is working on a weekday morning. If your main service is coffee and breakfast fast food that is a pretty terrible business practice:

This morning, at 7:37 AM, I attempted to place an order for a mocha caramel coffee at Tim Hortons, selecting the hot beverage option. Despite repeatedly articulating my order to the associate, it seemed she had difficulty comprehending my request, and her tone became somewhat impolite.I proceeded to the drive-through window and expressed my willingness to place the order there, to which she insisted that I must enter the establishment. I informed her that I preferred the drive-through service, primarily due to time constraints arising from my work commitments. Additionally, I made it known that I have a hearing impairment and was struggling to hear her clearly. However, she disregarded my concerns and insisted on my entry.I reiterated my preference for the drive-through, but she abruptly closed the window and instructed me to leave. I chose to remain, at which point she reopened the window and threatened to involve law enforcement if I did not depart. I calmly encouraged her to contact the authorities, as her actions seemed to reflect bias and discrimination, both related to my disability and my racial background. To my dismay, she raised her voice and suggested that I "go back to my country," despite the fact that I am a teacher who serves this country diligently and proudly. This unfortunate incident occurred at the Tim Hortons located at 4969 Roberts Rd, Hilliard, Ohio 43026While I understand that this behavior may be an individual's action, I want to emphasize that I will continue to share this experience on public platforms such as Google until I see proactive steps taken by the company to address this issue. It is crucial that Tim Hortons management takes immediate and decisive action against hate and racism. This should include comprehensive training and education for associates on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as the implementation of measures to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or abilities. Only through such actions can we hope to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all patrons.

The two stars is saved by Thomas who took over and actually asked questions to find a solution. Andrea didn't appreciate being told the cold brew wasn't as expected, took the drink back from the drive thru, exclaimed she thinks they know how to make a drink, and stormed away to not be seen again. Thomas came to the window and asked what my sister was expecting and made it then proceeded to hand us the rest of our order. I know this isn't the first time Andrea has had a bad encounter over a coffee beverage as one of my other family members made a TikTok in the store about it. Maybe it's time Andrea got some therapy and a less customer based job.

Ordered a hot chocolate yesterday and got home to find out it was some vanilla latte.Today my wife went through the drive through to get me a hot chocolate and it wasn’t right again. Went inside to get it fixed and it still wasn’t right. They need to fix that machine.

The Service was horrible, the manager was rude and I’ve heard her over a multitude of times speak of other customers in rude ways! Only thing I can surely say was that their donuts were good!
